Okays, uh... I said I wasn't going to look at signups just yet, but the stuff Flanker mentioned sounds okay. As for the living NES though, uh... I'm not entirely keen on that idea, unfortunately. For one thing, it will probably be next to impossible for him to get more NES cartridges due to them being pretty hard to come across nowadays. Sorry.
Anyways, plot time! The dimensional travel using mirrors is a recent thing, caused by the big bad. The big bad is shadowy and mysterious, and has been using villains from other universes to work for them. These villains are playable, and can turn on the big bad if they want. I even encourage this, as I want this be be somewhat semi-freeform, with the main plot derived from what the players do rather than some big plan of mine. The player characters are the only people who can enter the mirrors, but they can probably pull people in with them if they want.
So, uh, everyone still interested? I think I'll probably have the sign-ups up over the next few days, but we'll see.
