It is haphazard mess of several other ships, all fairly recent models, but all heavily modified and hastily repaired. It seems they couldn't find a whole ship and had to make do.

"With a design like that, there's no obvious points to focus fire. Regardless, I say we run the gauntlet. No way we're letting these people onboard. Angle the shields, try and cause some damage, but keep focusing power to the engines. We need to keep going."
