Welcome to the discussion thread for the Team Fortress Two Mann versus Machine inspired RP! I have pretty much only one rule about posting in this discussion thread: Don't be a jerk.

Your character can be a jerk to other characters, but the moment any jerkishness comes into the discussion thread, we're going to have a problem. (You'd really think this is something that could go without saying, but you'd also be surprised the crap I remember someone doing in a previous RP I was in.)

Other than that, go nuts with it. Even off topic chat's fine, so long as it doesn't get too insane.

And here's the current list of player characters, with their current assumed status. (Status as in whether they're still actively in the RP or seem to have dropped out.)

RED TEAM

Should Healers really have "reigns of blood?" Seems a bit counterproductive to their jobs.

Medics have bad days too

Also, would anybody consider swapping to RED? We seem to be lacking in members...

lol, so are both of the Medics just gonna stalk my sister (BLU Scout) or something? Because you two are gonna be really bored if you're just gonna be healing the Engi and Sniper all the time. XD

Rio will probably call the medics his "backup dancers" XD

They don't seem as homicidal as the original Medic, so he might be able to get away with that.

She's on the other team, though. At least to start with.

Are we even allowed to change teams?

@Conflixen: You could change before the game starts, but after that things wouldn't be so easy.

Technically, you guys will still be working for your respective companies even against the robots; it's just that you'll be fighting the robots alongside each other, instead of fighting each other.

Judging by our offense, I'm starting to think Blu's just gonna have to send drones out from the break room

By the way, what about items that increase your speed with every kill made with that weapon (like these ones)? I checked the rules, and I don't think I saw anything specifically mentioning them, so are they okay, or would they have to have those effects removed?

I have a weapon with that ability and it got accepted.

Why wouldn't they be kosher? All of those items you listed have caps, so I don't think there's any infinite speed glitch if that's what you're worried about.

Damn power outage taking out the wi-fi...
