- Personality: Petenshi is a very... overt man. He likes to yell, and take control, and if he sees something wrong he's going to fucking make it not wrong. He dislikes complainers. That's the other thing, he really likes the word Wizard, and despises Mage. He thinks it's just the kids trying to make Wizards sound cool and modern. He really enjoys high fantasy like Lord of the Rings, as well as all those shitty fantasy movies from the 80s like Willow and Flash Gordon and Dragon Heart.

- Is a Wizard. His powers are mainly in the more unsubtle elemental magics, harnessing the power of fire and lightning. He also is skilled at creating Geas Scrolls. While he's a great shot with a fireball or lightning bolt, as a law-abiding citizen he has never held a gun in his life and couldn't nonmagically defend himself to save his life.
- Law School Degree: Petenshi is a fully licensed and capable defense and prosecution lawyer, as well as an official United States Notary.
- Bio: Petenshi was born to be a politician. His parents were Japanese, but due to work arrangements most of his young life he lived in Scandinavia. There, his grandparents on Dad's side, full Nordic folk—Grandpa always claimed to be in the SS—told him glorious stories of powerful heroes and wizards getting what they wanted because they saw a problem! That was what sealed the deal. He ran for class president every single year, and got elected, every single time, because Petenshi saw something wrong, and then he got shit done. He went to law school and quickly became known as 'the guy who organized parties.' Shit was done by him in a most alarmingly alacritous manner. When he graduated from law school, full honors, Petenshi then ran for public office back home, securing a spot as the Mayor. Of course... that was all helped with Magic. He would often bully his way to positions of power, a fireball here or a lightning bolt there. Nothing damaging, and it was always so he could blow his way through red tape. A good cause! And now, he's not only Mayor, but a Master in a Grail War! Awesome!

- The Madrobes: A Mystic Code from tenth century Europe, these robes were originally worn and forged by the powerful Wizard Madred. They look like a simple black robe and ridiculous pointy hat covered in stars, but in fact are dripping with Mana infused into the object. The wearer gains enhanced potential power output from their Magecraft—a Mage normally only making, say, a dozen swords, can thus create three times that much, for example. This is a linear increase, however, so stronger Mages do not benefit as much as weaker ones. The robes also can store Mana if the wearer funnels some in there. For some reason, it also conducts Prana and Od especially well when in the presence of high amounts of Keratin; this essentially means that having either a beard or long, flowing locks increases your power even further when wearing The Madrobes. This is why Petenshi grew his beard out in the first place.
- Is the Mayor. He can call the cops on you, call in bureaucratic favors, or just use his Law School degree and huge amounts of money as Mayor to Litigate the fuck out of you.

- Personality: Maxime is, first of all, a honest and just person. She strives to achieve truth, no matter how terrible it might be. Being honest and just doesn't necessarily mean she is good though. Sometimes to be just means to act just like a letter of the law would say, ignoring a voice of heart or reason. This is probably the reason that Maxime doesn't appear to emote much. She tends to mean well, but how does she have to deal with a thief that steals to feed his family? Is it a good or an evil deed? It might be best if her Master doesn't try to engage her in a philosophical conversation.

This means that any effect that could possibly change her loyalty towards her Master, obstruct her current goal and such will simply bounce off, leaving her as adamant as ever.

- It is often forgotten that despite the terror, campaign against christians and mass decapitations, Maxime and her followers did a lot of good to France by democratizing it, for one example. As such, she's rather identified with her misdeeds.

When used, it temporarily grants her A+ Magical Energy and A Magic Resistance as a result of being once again enlightened by the teachings of her deity.
- Fraternité - A, Anti-Unit/Support - a scroll containing basic assumptions of Jacobin Constitution which underlined how important it is for everyone to be equal. It can only target Servants. When used, it temporarily evens out one of enemy Servant's stats with those of Maxime. For example, a Lancer with A Agility would be reduced to C.
- La Mort - A+, Anti-Army - once all of her other NP's fail, she still can offer one more thing to those that defy French Revolution's assumptions: death. This Reality Marble consists of dozens and dozens of prana-infused guillotines, looming at a hapless victim from all directions. They can be activated in single numbers or all at once. Once in motion, trapezoidal blades assault their target, carving off flesh, cutting off limbs and bringing eternal agony. However, this MB is not perfect and has certain flaws that can be exploited. Most importantly, guillotine blades can crash into each other, so a Servant fast or clever enough can greatly reduce the harm done to him. Once shot, they don't change their flying direction as well. Finally, they can be used to target, harm and even kill Caster herself, although she tends to keep out of harm's way once this deadly blade dance starts.

- Description: The fabled technique of the unparalleled archer Nasu no Yoichi, who was said to be so skilled that missing a shot was impossible for him. This Noble Phantasm possesses both a predominant passive and hidden active function, that being that the probability of Nasu missing a shot will always become zero. Regardless of the distance, direction, or angle fired at, Archer's arrows will always find their target, bending at impossible angles and defying momentum and Newtonian physics to achieve a perfect shot. The Noble Phantasm of an Archer who never relied on trick arrows or magic bows, Ichigeki hissatsu is a technique which prefers efficiency over elaboration, costing little to no mana to perform, allowing Archer to execute hundreds of shots without tiring. That being said, nothing would qualify such skill as anything more than technique if it were not for the active ability of this Noble Phantasm. Because Archer possesses no magic arrows or holy swords, he lacks a true trump card capable of rivaling the attacks of other Servants. However, if certain conditions are met, the power of this technique will rise dramatically. Mimicking his famous feat in the Battle of Yashima where he shot down a paper flag mounted on the mast of a warship while riding horseback through a storm with only one arrow, if Archer's opponent issues a direct challenge to him to hit a target, Archer's ability will momentarily transcend human skill and allow for a truly impossible shot. This shot will ignore any visual or physical obstruction, any barrier, any magic, or any attempt at all to interfere with its trajectory. It could be fired into the dirt at Archer's feet and still spear its target in an underground bunker halfway across the world. It is the shot that cannot be dodged and will find its mark no matter where the target hides. This makes Archer the only bowman whose arrows can be called truly unavoidable, requiring the skill to catch them or break them instead of simply dodging them, earning his skills the title of "impossible".
I'll fill out the personality section once I finish this essay I'm supposed to be writing. And just in case it wasn't clear in the Noble Phantasm section, Nasu no Yoichi doesn't have any magic or trick arrows, meaning that if the Servant is skilled enough, they can be intercepted (just not dodged).

Although great over-use of opioids in life leave him suffering from vivid hallucinations and paraphrenia, he genuinely believes himself to be doing good and dispensing justice - even if his definitions of "good" and "justice" can become a little warped at times. Moreover, "good" and "justice" are his ends, and he cares little about the means he must use to reach them. In addition, if innocents are endangered, he will think nothing of rushing in to save them, and he will freely ignore any order he believes to be "evil", even if it is from his Master. He is somewhat conflicted, as his actual wish is a selfish one, but he feels he cannot pass up the chance to see it fulfilled.

Assassin is able to spontaneously produce live poppy flowers with a tiny expenditure prana. In the same way, he is able to secrete opioids from the pores of his skin, which he often uses to coat his daggers and taint the food and drink of his enemies. Unsurprisingly, the morphine-like chemicals are also powerful painkillers.
A person's touching of a poppy (or derivative thereof) that he has produced acts as a prerequisite for being able to activate the second, far more dangerous power of his Noble Phantasm. Beginning with one sense, Assassin obtains complete control of the senses of said targets as long as they are within 100 yards of him, control which increases to an additional sense every five minutes - or every two-and-a-half minutes, for anyone who has ingested a hallucinogen or who possesses the Mental Pollution Skill (which does not protect against Zabaniya's effects). If either of those latter conditions hold true for an individual with a different Skill negating mental interference (e.g. Bravery), he or she can still be affected, although the time needed to reach additional senses is not halved in that case. He cannot conceal his own presence when this second power is in use until the final stage. In order, the senses he gains influence over are: Smell, Taste, Hearing, Sight, Touch, and Sixth Sense (Sixth = Servant detection, etc.).

While she isn't entirely incapable of standing up for herself, she is somewhat shy and prone to retreating from verbal conflict. She likes nice, quiet places and reading a great deal, and also the company of those close to her. She also likes cultivating flowers, and has curious and inquisitive tendencies. She dislikes hurting people unless pressed... and yet her view of the dead, is, well.... she views corpses as tools. The life in them is gone and there's nothing left, so putting them to use is just fine in her eyes. They're just lifeless meat, after all.
- Abilities: Alicia has the elemental affinity of Lightning, and a very high aptitude for technology for a magus. This plays into one of her chief magecraft techniques: The creation of the Dead.
