Also true, but I feel that the point stands. It is a day for respect and reflection, but life has to go on as well.

Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectSo, my sister got me to watch Divergant and Insurgant earlier this week. I enjoyed them, but it got me wondering about which factions characters from other works would belong to.
So, relating this to pony:
Twilight: Erudite (she's a scientist)
Rainbow Dash: Dauntless (stunt flier)
Applejack: She should qualify for Candor with her Element, but she might be happier in Amity considering that she's a farmer already
Rarity: Her element suggests Abnegation, but she'd hate Abnegation (for a start, their dress code emphasises fading into the background). Maybe Amity? (but she's not much of a farmer). Erudite?
Fluttershy: Amity. Easy. (Though they wouldn't approve of Flutterage)
Pinkie Pie: Her desire to spread joy suggests Amity or Abnegation, but Abnegation would bore her to tears, so Amity.

Man, those house names still sound really weird.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectWell, they're all real words describing qualities (admittedly, I was only familiar with Dauntless and Erudite prior to the movie)
Isn't the whole point of those movies that people shouldn't be divided up and pigeonholed into roles like those?
Anyway, Twilight would be a Ravenclaw, Applejack and Rainbow Dash would be Gryffindors, Fluttershy and Pinkie would be Hufflepuffs, and Rarity would be a non-evil Slytherin.
What matters in this life is much more than winning for ourselves. What really matters is helping others win, too. - F. Rogers.Sort of. Point is they did it anyway, so if they were born there, they would have to go though the choosing.
Hah! I basically agree.
Gonna go to sleep now. G'night everypony.
boop I'm more active on hereHmmm, nah AJ would be Hufflepuff. Their largest defining trait is being hard workers.
AJ could go either way, but I went Gryffindor since she's also very brave and has a big competitive streak, albeit not as big as Rainbow's.

Nope.

Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Hufflepuff? That makes no sense. AJ doesn't steal honey.
Does that mean that AJ is a Tigger?
"life is just a series of increasingly canon-eluding ao3 tags" ~ everydunsparce "Keep your hellfruit away from me, tempter" ~ also EveryTiggers are wonderful things.
But there's only one.
Now I'm sad.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectIf AJ is Tigger, then who's Eeyore?
Reaction Image Repository...Cranky?
Twilight is basically Owl's intelligence and Rabbit's fussiness.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectHufflepuff really does fit Applejack more than anything.
I mean they're noted for honesty, hard work, friendliness...
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayThat's way better actually! Let's go with that.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectI want to see AJ bouncing on her tail, now. I don't care if that's more of a Pinkie Pie thing, it'd be adorable.
"I feel like I'm on a raft and surrounding me is an ocean of dumb."- Mr. Sark@Ed and Sera: Yeah, but still, it's a weird coincidence if it's not intentional.
As for Eeyore, I'm pretty sure that Cranky's actor actually did voice the character at one point, so that puts more towards Cranky being Eeyore.

Yeah, I an never decide between Hufflepuff and Gryffindor for AJ.
You know what one of my favorite types of music is? Stuff from the 80's and early 90's. That kind of music is awesome. Nowadays you mostly have crappy boy-bands, country music or rap music, with the occasional awesome rock song here and there. I wasn't even alive in the 80's, so it's not nostalgia speaking. Modern times are mostly just full of shitty music that doesn't even compare to these classics.

^^ Guess we'll just have to let her pull a Harry and choose for herself.
^ ...you realize boy bands were at their most popular in the 90s, right? And that rap and country were both around back then, too?
There has never been a period when music of any genre was just plain better than what's currently being produced. Old music isn't magically exempt from Sturgeon's Law, it's just that we only kept the good 10% from those periods, while the current music is still being sorted into the "keep" and "crap" piles.

What matters in this life is much more than winning for ourselves. What really matters is helping others win, too. - F. Rogers.Yeah but that stuff is more commonplace nowadays. That or it's more noticeable now because there isn't as much good modern music.
Question for anyone who's watched Azumanga Daioh: What do you think a grown-up version of Chiyo would be like?
