Speaking of gay ponies in the round robin ... someone ought to make Cheerilee gay in their chapter.

Preferably after someone else has already established her as straight.

I do hope we have at least one case of the same pony showing up twice with a different sexuality/partner.

We've almost certainly seen multiple instances of the same pony. I half-expect Baron Zeppeli to turn up as somepony's parent.

If I recall, my chapter didn't actually have parents in it either.

...Dammit. I could have had Baron Zeppeli and Twilight Sparkle show up as the parents of a cute little zorse in my chapter. And I didn't do that.

I was thinking of doing Twi X Zeppeli but I thought Blaze X Trunks seemed better.

Fun fact: I came THIS CLOSE to ending Diamond and Silver's Excellent Adventure with the reveal that Twilight was pregnant.

I only decided against it because I was the one who put Twi and Zeppeli in a relationship in the first place, so giving them a kid on top of that would've been god-moding. But I totally would have done it if some other author had set up that relationship.

Well, it was a time travel story.

I was going to, but then the chapter before me forced me to scrap my plans.

My original plan involved a joke about Cherilee having a crush on Blossomforth and not paying attention to the actual conference.

We likely aren't going to top our last one if we try to do it on purpose.

That episode established nothing. Love poison shenanigans don't count for anything, and we don't even know if she and Big Mac actually went on a date at the end or if they were just messing with the Crusaders.

(Even though I do ship those two so hard.)

"Hearts and Hooves Day" didn't established that she was straight, just that she liked stallions. Or at least, she liked one particular stallion. While she was under the influence of love poison.

If anything, I could joke that the episode was implying that Cheerilee was tired of ponies asking when she was going to find a nice "stallion" to be her very special somepony.

I am really happy with my chapter. I really have the voice down.

I just finished rereading Harry Potter And The Chamber Of Secrets.

I noticed all the Mandrake jokes which flew over my head when I read it as a kid. Also, rereading it, there's a surprising amount of foreshadowing about Ginny.

I think Harry Potters author loves putting in hints about future events almost as much as One Piece's author does.
