I managed to call the villian halfway through the first episode, but I guess that's just good foreshadowing. The one thing I'm not sure about is whether Khovera is secretly in league with the bandits or not.

@Crow: Yeah, that surprised me to. The new series is pretty good, though it doesn't have quite the same attention to detail that Negima did. It's way more conventional, for lack of a better word.
