Yeah I agree he did look like he was in a struggle, and the scribbles on the wall made me think he wrote it on himself with a battle with himself.

I don't really like it (that caption would make many images "work", I don't think arguments about the package working are very convincing) but somewhat weak Keep. Gives off the vibe of an internal struggle? Okay.
