I think the stat triangles for the various Competitive Balance tropes should be brought back. They were quite effective at illustrating the difference between the tropes and could also prevent some non-example from being placed there that really belong in versions of the triangle that don't yet exist.

I disagree. They were confusing, and implied 1) those tropes are all "balanced" with each other, and 2) they all concern the same number of stats, neither of which is true. (e.g. Fragile Speedster is about speed and defense, but not attack. The "triangle" image for that page included attack. This kind of thing made people want to add tropes like Hard Hitting Fragile Speedster to fill holes that don't exist. Characters are often examples of more than one trope, there doesn't need to be a different trope for every possible combination of attributes. There is no theoretical limit to the number of "unit attributes", say range, that could be added... so that is a fool's quest.)

Completely agreed. This is a debate that can end in nothing but headaches.
