I have a worse problem, I don't know which time zone I'm IN. I live in Ohio and my timezone is eastern standard, but that's not listed.

I think you want America/El_Salvador - that's the closest timezone I can find for Ohio.

I chose a new timezone and then clicked on the "set this as my time zone" button, but it doesn't seem to work. Total noob question, am I missing something?
Edit: After trying many more times, it works. Sorry.
