Bee and Puppycat

Because "Bravest warriors" has a thread, might as well make this. First episode right here. What do you all think?

Yeah, it is!

It was just okay...shame, I was really looking forward to it. Spend more effort on the writing and less on the animation! The kawaii desu animation is what is keeping me following it though.

I think that sums up my thoughts on what I just saw.

I liked it. It exceeded my expectations, which are always low for internet cartoons. Hoping it gets better though, not sure I could maintain my interest if the plot isn't a bit meatier in coming episodes.

At first, you were all like:...what the hell? But then, you were like:x1000, right?

Yeah - the writing is what needs to stand out the most alongside the otherwise gorgeous animation. That's what I'm looking at in terms of improvements and me continuing to properly keep up with what I saw, otherwise!

No, I was pretty much consistently confused.

Judging from how the cliffhanger implies the rest of the series won't feel the same as this pilot, we shouldn't be so quick to drop the show.

I actually loved it a lot. I do have a feeling that five minutes is too short for each episode, and it clearly aims to be a full-length series.

So, who else thinks Bee is too damn cute for that guy who was at the door?

That guy at the door only had like 2 secs screentime! Anyway, he's the only dude in the whole thing with cool hair.

I think these types of shows usually introduce an otherwordly love interest to contrast with the Muggle one though. Not always, but seems common.

This just might be stereotype talking, but based on the guy's colour scheme, if he has a more "Black" expression in future episodes, I will f'ing bless this cartoon to death! (As in super sexy makeout session bless!)

Puppycat is a great storyteller.

I'm pretty sure more episodes will come out real soon. If you payed attention to PC's reflection in the window, you would have seen the space outlaw shadow, meaning he IS that guy from the story! Also, is it just me, or could the guys from Sanjayand Craig seriously use Rebecca Sugar's artistic help in future episodes?

I liked part 2 a lot better than part 1. I absolutely adore puppycat and the way he speaks and sings. His fairy tale had pretty visuals.

Yeah, the reflection thing was cool. Also according to the You Tube comments, Puppycat is voiced by vocaloid? Is vocaloid open source?

Dunno. But, I can't get over how adorable Bee is on screen everytime. She's like American Weeaboo-Chan!

I thought this was great. I thought Bravest Warriors was okay (although I've only seen four or so out of twelve episodes), but this I liked much more. It was mostly the scene at the temp agency that made it for me.

I did not realize that was out.
