This is for the Sakura Wars anime/manga series made from the late 1990s onwards, which is currently finished with the release of the Sakura Wars V OVA.

So you'll want to mosey over here and here if you wish to talk about it in the video game sense since the anime/manga are vastly different.

Shame that the English releases were only plagued with multiple VAs, which has died down recently with the release of V overseas.

I remember reading a glimpse of the manga, which is considered to be non-canon stuff in certain ways. I wish an English publisher would republish it since TP had to close years ago.

Finished the OVA versions a year or two ago.

I don’t think that I finished the anime version.

I digged Kana’s Brooklyn accent. Suits her nicely.

The TV series was my first exposure to the franchise. Pacing was slow prior to the first appearances of Ogami as Sakura is the protagonist and not him.

I'm not surprised at that since Sakura is treated as the protagonist.

Which reminds me, I need to see about rewatching it again.

Well, as somebody who played the game and liked it, I'm glad to see the whole team again. Really happy to see Lancelot and Elise even if their appearance was short. I'm not gonna be surprised if this series end up setting up a plot points for the game sequel, especially when it come to Hakushu
