JGL is producing, not staring.
But he may do.
I still want Superhero Sandman too

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders! It must be said, although there isn't any current superhero film franchises with a POC title character or a female hero, the modern superhero films are really good for representation. Man of Steel had a female character which had a fan reaction that could actually be heard over the larger critical debate. The MCU has Falcon, War Machine, Idris Elba and Nick Fury.
Plus as of now, the future DCCU Justice League is decidedly non-monochromatic
Stand Fast, Stand Strong, Stand TogetherAll of them are black though. There aren't really any other non-white races at all and judging from the movies they have planned there won't be any in the future.
edit: I guess they could racelift Strange and they're probably going to add in Amadeus Cho at some point but that's only two characters.
That is something I'm happy about. If they use Baz or Stewart as the Lantern they'll probably be more racially diverse than the Avengers will ever be.

Who have we actually got cast wise for Justice? It's sounding like Aquaman and Shazam will be POC, and of course you've got Cyborg, and I think Stewart is a real likelihood for the Green Lantern. The only woman we've got is Wonder Woman right?
Hmm, this doesn't add up, are they going to have eight members of the League? Because Batman and Superman will be there of course, but I also heard Flash and Green Lantern talk. Normally the League is seven characters... not that tradition means anything.

They could have eight people. The League has had more than ten characters at various points.
It seems like a large cast of deputing characters, but a good roster.
You've got Flash and Shazam who are just ordinary people who found themselves with powers, Aquaman and Green Lantern who fight for an external force, Superman and Batman who are people who have dedicated themselves to their cause, and Cyborg and Wonder Woman whose nature makes them strangers in our world.
They're all extraordinary people, but all for completely different reasons.
Haven't read anything with Baz in it, I gave up trying to keep track of the Lantern serieses after Brightest Day, but I hope they don't use John. Never cared for him. Kyle Rayner or Hal Jordan for preference.
You fell victim to one of the classic blunders! If they do use Baz I hope they drop the mask. I always thought it looked stupid.
Eh. If they got rid of that chin guard it could be serviceable.
You fell victim to one of the classic blunders! The mask makes him look like a Luchador It would be better without the chin guard or if it just covered his whole face.
Also we need more girls in this League. Black Canary, Hawkgirl, Zatanna maybe. Because this has to happen

Stand Fast, Stand Strong, Stand TogetherI'd like to eventually get to all/most of the lanterns (also, I like Baz's mask but do concede that it looks pretty silly) but I think Stewart would be the best to start with. The others can be introduced as minor characters in films featuring him.
>No clue who Baz is >Looks it up >Wonders why Kick-Ass is a Green Lantern.

Looks like DC decided to buck first and move from the Cap 3 release date.
I guess it was further in development so it could move up.
I do like that they did announce a lot of dates that they are planning to use in the future.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureIt should be, given it was originally set for a 2015 release. Sure, part of why they delayed it was due to delays, but I'm willing to bet part of it was purely "We don't want anything to do with the competition on 2015".
Home of CBR Rumbles-in-Exile: rumbles.fr.yuku.comIf the four major comic book movie studios get their way we'll be seeing seven superhero movies a year
I'm going to have to pick and choose which franchises I follow.
I agree also who cares about who won or not about the Batman v Superman/ Captain America 3 release date battle. If both movies released the same day it would have been horrible for both movies because they have the same audience outside of DC verses Marvel because fans of Comicbook movies would want to see both but might not be able to see both; now both movies could potentially succeed.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureTo be fair, I really love the idea of three MCU movies two DCCU movies, a FoX-Men and a Spidey verse movie every year, but I'm not sure I could afford to see them all.
And really, I want my investment in these four universes to be total, because then you get the most out of it.
You know you could just go see one movie first, and then the other at a later time on the same day, right?

If by the Sandman you mean Neil Gaiman's Sandman, haven't they already cast Joseph Gordon Levit?
