A one season show plus one movie is enough for a mmo nowadays? yesh the market is getting over saturated.

-Ahem- Why yes, I am excited about this. I'm very much hoping it turns out okay and doesn't just become some shameless nostalgia/cult-classic cash-in.

They've been talking about this for years; if they wanted a shameless rip-off, it would have been made and subsequently forgotten long ago.

Hopefully they go the "Buy it once, then free to play," but that's just my personal preference. Don't have enough experience with MMO's outside of World Of Warcraft and those crappy Korean pay to win ones.

If it's going to be a competitive multiplayer MMO then World of Tanks or Airmech would make for a very profitable system to copy. But, if it's gonna be a game similar to World Of Warcraft or KOTOR, then I'd suggest following Guild War's style instead of those two...

I just hope they use ads instead of a subscription.

Bit dated graphics but they seem to be staying true to the theme of the series; its about the crew and the ship.

I REALLY hope they clean up the graphics a bit though.

Looked this up after getting the code for a ship in my Loot Crate. Looks very interesting. Additionally, Loot Crate made a pretty neat fan-vid on Youtube that appears to be semi-canon. I also saw some stuff that says Alan Tudyk will be reprising his role as Wash, as well as someone else too. Game engine looks a bit better as well.

Can't link anything from where I am. But here's to hoping this game is good.
