Godzilla (2014)

In any crossover we'd have to first determine if its laws are human-triumphalist or nature/cosmos triumphalist. In the former Godzilla would get served up on a silver platter but in the latter the Jaegers would be less than tin cans.

They couldn't do a Godzilla crossover with Pacific Rim while keeping that movie's tone without a lot of people getting mad.

What if Godzilla and the Jaegers fight early on, but have to team up against a bigger threat?

Comic Con, presumably.

Its like pieces to some kind of viral jigsaw puzzle. We're getting bits and pieces of him, but the image isn't complete yet. So hyped, man.

That makes Godzilla look really big. Like, even bigger than he normally is.

The movie has its own Tumblr full of teasers cryptic messages why have I not been following this since forever.

Exaggeration for dramatic effect or an example of how big he really will be... ?

Some people are saying it's the design he'll have in the movie. I don't know if that's true. It is reminiscent of This image◊ from four years ago. But the movie's had some work done on it since.

I will go see this and its gonna be awesome, even if it sucks. Did I ever tell you I was a fan of the other USA godzilla movie? I was a kid when it came out so... you know.

Well, it was a good monster movie.

It did give us Godzilla The Series though which was awesome.

I was a kid too at the time.

That doesn't mean it doesn't suck however.

This is a chance to do something really spectacular and worthy of Godzilla, though. All on a massive CG driven scale.

The teaser trailer will hit this week, right? Or are we going to keep on throwing cryptic viral marketing around?

By this point, half the G-Fans must be whipped into a frenzy. I wouldn't be surprised if they waited yet again to stir the other half.

I still don't know if that statuette is an accurate representation of the Godzilla we'll be getting. There's no official word.

I'm not a big Godzilla fan but I prefer the "extra-crispy" design to the big lizard in the film America created.
