Also, the bio's a huge problem:

• 1. The cloak that doesn't reflect light—> Wouldn't that just make her a black blob?
• 2. The knife with minor control over almost every element—> ...
• 3. A syringe gun that does the same thing as her fangs—> Why have it?
• 4. A ring that protects from sunlight—> That just takes away the downside of being a vampire, she needs some downer
• 5. And overall the bio doesn't feel like a bio—> This doesn't really matter, it's just that some things with her past may be brought up so i'd like to have information on her aside from the fact that she's a dimension traveling vampire. Or you could do the "Not much is known about her.." thing.
  • Since you only put "Vampire for a natural ability, I'm going off of what I assume a vampire should have.
  • And you only put "other powers depend on the world she's in", try to clear that up some more.
    • After that, you're good.

I'm sure the knife applies mainly to Lorian elements. I highly doubt it will control sound or create radiation. Plus there's always the likihood she'll enter a world that vampires have no fangs but still need blood, or she wants to be discreet. That and its kind of hard to attack people when your mouth is latched firmly onto people's necks.

I understand about the knife, but i'm trying to make up a keyblade for the character, and if she has that, she'd barely use her keyblade.

If she entered a world where vampire were different(No fangs for example), it wouldn't change her, she'd just stand out in the "Vampire community" of that world.

Actually, you can make the knife a part of the keyblade, like Axel's chakrams or Riku's Soul Eater. Or you could force the Keyblade to replace the knife, like kkut seemed to be planning to do on the forum.

When she's got the hood up, yes, it would make her look kinda like a black blob.

3: In some worlds (like her birth world) vampires do not, cannot exist, but she doesn't want to waste too much blood. And you can't fight if you are latched like a leech 4:True, but there's always the point that she is undead, but you can have it stolen. It also doesn't always work. In fact, the only place I remember it working is in the "Vampire diaries" world. I am also willing to get rid of it.

See, in the place she was born, vampires do not exist. Despite this, she went to a different world and became one. Where vampires do not exist, she isn't one, in the ones they do exist, she is like them. Some vampires can turn into bats in some worlds, some cannot, some world's vampires have mandatory red eyes, some do not, some can eat actual food just for show, some cannot, some vampires are allergic to lemon the same way as garlic, some are not. Some are Twilight vampires, most are not.

If her world had vampires, then no matter how or where she became a vampire, she would be one of her world's vampires. However, it is this way because her world does not have vampires, and due to how physics, science, magic (the lack of) works in that world, vampires are impossible.

Also, this gives you the opportunity to adjust, buff, and nerf her according to your whims, intents, or well-thought-out plot events.

Personality: A highly sarcastic individual who had a deep sense of attachment to others, since the loss of his original body he has become much colder and withdrawn

Bio: Johannes was a colonist who was content just to live his life and have a family. However Johannes' mind changed after an attack by the geth. Eventually he found himself serving in Cerberus on a top secret endeavor called Project Overlord. After reviewing his history Johannes became an early test subject whose mind was implanted in a geth combat platform. He fled the project immediately after and has not been seen since.

Ok, to everyone, I do allow premade worlds, but it'd be cool if you would think of your own.

Also, use the stats that I made. I took out and added in some.

Are you going to reject my character just based on the fact that hes from Mass Effect? I mean he is an OC and all, it just seemed like a really cool idea to me.

What would be a good starting level to start at?

No, I haven't fully looked over it yet. I just said that because with worlds that are already made(Mass Effect for example) I may not know about it. If someone makes ther own world, then I can just read the bio. I'd never reject a character just for being from a canon world, it's a crossover, that'd be ridiculous. EDIT: Accepted, but what are the specifications on his visor? What enemies can he see with it: Only physical? Ghastly?

You guess, based on Weird's experience and know-how and such. Then I'll say if it's good or not.

• Appearance: Weird stands 5, 9. He has black hair which is dyed bright pink. He has brown eyes and wears a denim jacket over a slipknot shirt and jeans. His ears are both pierced and he has numerous alchemical symbols tattooed on his arms,
• Natural Abilities:
  • Index-Weird has access to the Index, a magical pocket notebook that appears empty to everyone but Weird, to whom it appears as a encyclopedia on Mythical Creatures and such, however, seeing as the Heartless and such are new to him, it isn't quite helpful.
  • Steel Speaker- When Weird touches something made of metal, he can expend his stamina to warp it into any shape he wishes, usually spikes or such, however, while he can do things such as walk through a chainlink fence with no issue, or solve a padlock with a touch, it takes a little while to do more complex techniques and as such is rather risk in actual combat, so he just sticks with low level (Summoning spikes out of the floor, changing his short spear's forms. stuff like that)
  • Jaded- Weird has seen some weird cac so he tends to be unphased in most cases.
  • Parkour-Weird is skilled at parkour.
  • Fighting-Weird is extremely skilled at fighting, mostly with spears and Halberds but he has some skills with all weapons.
  • Genre Saavy Weird is pretty Genre saavy, however, he is still capable of doing extremely stupid things.

His newest job is figuring what the deal is with the darkness.
