It also does not escape me that he might end up becoming the Kobold equivalent of HK-47 if he ends up working for one of the more ruthless characters.

I was asking because my character is starting outside the town and I wanted to know if he could just walk in or if he, and anyone else not starting in town, would have to go through procedures. He's not really the city burning type.
