No please, no Flynn writing Boom please. He had his chance with comic.
Chance? That's something, he's doing fine.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. It's all right, take a chance, 'cause a toot-toot sonic warrior always takes a chance!
What I meant that he was writing Sonic Boom comics and - in my humble opinion - they werent good. He should stick to his regular Sonic comics.
There's a lot of things I'd change a bout Boom tbh.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Oh, I thought you meant that Ian Flynn took a little chance and lived on through; you've got to survive, no matter what you do! (What can I do for you?)
Those issues were still fun. The problems he had were due to Executive Meddling.
But I meant: give the guys who know about Sonic more than the Boom writers a chance, expecially with some serious episodes.

To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back. The problems he had were due to Executive Meddling. You mean that they were written before show came out and Flynn couldn't do anything with setting since he didnt know what it was and he wasn't sure how characters should act?
Because two-parter about racing didn't had that problems, it had others. Like constant unfunny 4th wall breaks.
I actually thought that Flynn should try writing Boom more seriously to make it work. But show? Its a comedy. It has no serious episodes. And I don't know what the point of hiring people who know characters and lore better when these are different versions of characters and different lore. Do we need writer who knows that Knuckles isn't a complete idiot, while this version clearly is?
All I hope for is that the new set of episodes have a bit of follow-up on Fire and Ice.
"We be we baby!"Good news for UK fans! The series is getting a Volume 1 DVD, titled "The Sidekick", on February 15th!
This will most likely be coming to the US and/or other countries, and there are no doubt more DVDs on the way.
I've been hoping for a complete season 1 Blu-Ray (heck, any Blu-Ray release would be cool). Probably not gonna happen, but it'd be awesome.

CN doesn't do complete season DV Ds that much, I've noticed. It's too bad.
So I saw that commerical saying CN is planning to show off the top 50 cartoons of the past year. It cycled through clips of its shows, and there's nothing from Sonic Boom. Friggin' Pokemon appears in that commercial, and they treat it about as nicely as they treat SB.
Well the Pokémon anime has been around for two decades and SB is the newcomer, so of course it'll have more fans/votes than Sonic Boom.
Answer no master, never the slave Carry your dreams down into the grave Every heart, like every soul, equal to breakSo, any news on Season 2? I kind of want a more pseudo-plot line that continues within the background of the episodes. And Rouge should show up and in one story, follows Shadow around like Amy to Sonic.
"We be we baby!"From what I heard the show can only use characters SEGA authorises them to use, when previously asked why 'so-and-so' hasn't appeared yet, they answered they don't have the rights to.
Concerning Flynn writing, I wouldn't mind a few episodes, he's that kind of writer I feel would be better complimented among a diverse creative team rather than leading the whole thing. He's only good at a few character archetypes and his story format can be fun but gets repetitive at times. While showBoom!Tails is one my favourite renditions of the character, Flynn suffers his usual problem of making him a boring Straight Man most of the time, he's not good at making meticulous characters interesting, only the reckless hotheads (he can never "fix" Sally Acorn because of this).
I do like his more light hearted work though, I personally think he should have worked on the anime version of Sonic X.

Been awhile, hasn't it? But I have some news for you guys. Season two is coming this fall!
Not only that, but season one is arriving on Hulu this spring.
Fall? THAT LONG?! Well, at least it gives me time to complete 100% of Sonic CD.
"We be we baby!"Wow, I thought the show was done for.
Did somebody really start a petition online like Orbot suggested?
Or it was planned to have a second season and they were just making fourth wall jokes. Who knows.
...It's weird having so many websites and no way to properly display now, lol.Why not both?
Roger did his take on a Sonic Boom episode.

What do you guys think?
To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back. This is actually more entertaining than most real Sonic boom episodes. Kind of a Pony Dot Mov video.
"We be we baby!"I can't say I really enjoyed it, I preferred his Shattered Crystal parody.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!So I guess Fire & Ice is shooting for a release in September. Is it normal for a handheld game to have that long of a development? I assumed handheld games would be finished more quickly, but I don't know how complex they tend to be these days.
I'm too used to Eggman treating Shadow like in 2006.
I guess they were going for the characterization from Shadow's own game, where Shadow's loyalty is a fickle thing, and the Doctor may go "ARGH, how dare you break my things!?" at the end of one level but "...Could you do another favor for me?" at the start of the next.
But even if that's all true, I still feel that Knuckles has had to make up for Sonic not being as unthinkingly positive lately.
