Done! (Well, except for the Shadow episode, which doesn't seem to be up on animeflavor yet and a few I skipped because I watched some "funniest moments" videos of the first 8 episodes that were basically half the episode.)
Thoughts: This show is mostly very groanworthy but occasionally very funny and usually pretty charming. Sticks is adorable. I read that a writer on the show apparently made her up to convey his cynical views, which sounds about right because the humor is really dark sometimes, but not too bad. Did I mention Sticks is cute? (She is.)
So yeah this is a neat cartoon, good job everyone.
Shadow episode didn't aired yet (well, in English language anyway). I think its last episode (52th), while we're only getting 47th tomorrow.
And yeah, Sticks is very cute, especially in "My Fair Sticksy" (which I still recommend watching whole if you skipped it). Not all her episodes are great, but I guess I can recommend "Closed Door Policy".
I might also add that she has most good jokes in comics, in my opinion.

A second season is in production!
We did it, people!
FUCK YEA!!!
"We be we baby!"Fuzzy puppy buddies- So it's like those Dungeons and dragons farce games with the comedic effect. I could understand Eggman joining the fad. He is complex like that. And Zooey's cameo was unexpected. It was like Fluttershy's episode with Discord near the end.
"We be we baby!"So this was originally supposed to be the MMO episode.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Yeah, but since no one in town even has a computer, this makes more sense.
"We be we baby!"Well, that was...cute.
I really like how they made a game, it was ridiculous, but felt like something that could exist. Plus it was nice blend of standard nerd hobbies and current trend of grown ups enjoying cute stuff (mostly cartoons) quite often because these things are more complicated then they look. Heck, Sonic fits in both categories.
I like how they didn't forget about Zooey, sure, the only interaction between her and Tails is standing next to each other during the big game.
Eggman and Amy truly is cute, it reminds me of Marceline and the Ice King (of course, without the tragic)
To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back.New ship confirmed.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!NO!◊
"We be we baby!"I have two more thoughts about this episode.
1) This was very respectable portray of nerdy hobbies and not just because the game felt believable, even having Lethal Joke Item. (Seriously, when was last time Boom put any effort into anything like that?) Sure, guys like Dave are into Fuzzy Puppies and all heroes except Amy thought it was lame, but other then that episode wasn't really mocking them. Game was shown to be for everyone, boys and girls, kids and adults. We had scene where Eggman trades with kid (under his mom's supervision, of course) and nothing played it as pathetic. It felt quite natural, really. Compare Gravity Falls who not only made fun of dnd but also showed lack of understanding how it works(You just make up spells during game, right?).
2) That scene where Sonic thinks Amy might have a date. This is how this show works, isn't it? Just write normal episode and write occasional tiny Ship Tease moment to please Sonamy fans. Looks sensible, but it feels a bit fake since they never act as if they liked each other outside these small scenes.(Not that it stops shippers from annoyingly geek out over them)
Maybe is an executive mandate or something? Like, the writers want to have the characters hook up, but aren't allowed by Sega or someone else?
To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back.Or...
it's still following the characters' personalities from the main universe. I don't think they would have as good a story if Sonic started dating his female equal.
"We be we baby!"Both their facebook profiles say "it's complicated" under relationship status.
Or whatever that tiny rural island village has instead.
Warning: "Designated Heroes" does not contain any actual use of Designated Hero.
Well, that was an episode.
On another note, what do you guys think about a Freedom Planet/boom crossover or a Pac Man And The Ghostly Adventures crossover?(Both of which are bound to never happen)
"We be we baby!"Nah. Though to be fair, I don't know much about either of these.
But yeah, that was quite fun episode. Eggman sure can be sneaky Although, I think sending bunch of robots on one hero at the time would work better.
The biggest question is why Eggman took Sticks' shoes? I mean, other then writers teasing us by keeping her feet hidden. (it gives odd vibe as if Mobian feet were indecent or something.)
Eggman, just stop taking these two robots with you during attacks.
By the rules of the show, I think this is among the best episodes. The jokes were hilarious for me.
My favorite part is Tails and Knuckles doing the work thing :P
You know, sometimes you forget he is a doctor.
Also, the amount of comments in youtube say the same thing:
- Sonic was a huge jerk in this episode (Got punished, that's something)
- we never see Sticks feets, how can I masturbate?
- Another shot at the show
Eh, people are gonna be dissapointed when Shadow appears.

To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back.Yeah, I think I'm adding this one to recommended list next time someone wants to start watching.
Actually Stick's feet were surprisingly hidden in most of shots, as if writer wanted her to be shoeless through whole episode, only that animators couldn't hide them forever/bother to animate her bare feet.
From what I heard about Shadow he's fine. He has limited screen time like Metal, he's serious without interfering with comedy of show, has a little fight scene. The biggest problem is his lack of motivation. He just wants to beat up Sonic for vague reasons.
I laughed when Tails ditched the baseball bat and just Offhand Backhanded one of the robots with his weird foam gun.
I just didn't see that coming.
The latest episode was called Designated Heroes. The Peanuts Movie had a poster referring to Marcie as Adorkable. I think we've made it, guys. We've infected actual professional writers.
Except as Falcon Pain pointed out, this episode had nothing to do with Designated Hero trope.
Irrelevant! One can use a term without using the meaning.
I dunno, I'm not that found of "Unlucky Knuckles". But I could probably add "Bro-Down Showdown" and "Mayor Knuckles" to list, just didn't wanted it to be too long.
