Anyway, Flioro made a nonspecific suggestion — Dark Helmet from Spaceballs. This pic is good.

Approve/disapprove/instapull the current/get me coffee/thoughts?

The suggestion is good, but what might be better is a cap of him playing with his action figures.

Hm. The only such GIS hit that's of good quality is this◊. Is it clear enough that he's playing with dolls? [1]◊ and [2]◊ are clearer on that but are of atrocious quality.

I think the first of those works. The second looks kind of like a second rate VCR still, and the third like a third rate VCR still.

I agree that Dark Helmet is a better example here, but unless we can agree on a suitable image of him I'd vote Keep Until Better Image Suggested on the OOTS picture. I don't think it's appropriate to insta-pull an image that doesn't fit any of the "insta-pull" criteria, within 15 minutes of starting a thread here.

Actually, being a spoiler is a reason to pull an image instantly — see the policy thread.

Pretty much why I did it. There were a few comments on the discussion page that said it was a spoiler.

Now, if it turns out it's not spoilery enough, I'm okay with putting it back up (if chosen), but I don't think that's a discussion that should take place while the image is on the page.

Darkhelmet is probably the best example out there. I would like an image with him.

He was the first thing that came to mind for me, too. That said, he doesn't seem imposing at all in most of the images in the first place. The black armor helps, but it looks a bit silly from the get-go with the oversized helmet.

Well, the trope says "evil helmet", not "imposing helmet", so that's ok

It's silly because it parodies an imposing helment.
