Because you taught them that killing everyone in front of them is the meaning of life.
I have a message from another time...that seems to conflict with that unknowing was saying though
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartBecause he got in their way.
Remenber, is Frisk who return Chara to life, is Frisk who show her the "true" path of killing people and in the end she always come back to him, so their is some parnership around, all the depend of how you play Frisk.
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"in my way.
ok but at the end wouldnt frisk be in their way too
i dont think its that chara actually enjoys their company, its just that chara is more or less dependent on their survival
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartShe seen happy if you acept without complain.
Remenber Chara at that point is kind like Flowey in that she dosent have a soul, she cant understand why you would go back to remake world only to finish them again, she is not sadistic...just detach of everyone., in my headcanon post geno chara is actually a being made of pure determination, free of any kind of morality
Also like I said, it depend on how you play frisk, if you acept Chara offer and never touch the game again it could be mean as Frisk acepting his desitny and destroy worlds after world with Chara.
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"So I had a weird thought. There's one game I know of with a genocide route that's even more senselessly violent than this one. Which game? Nethack. Not even one of the built-in challenges, it's something the fans invented.
The game declares any monster extinct after you kill 120 of them, and there's items to drive certain specieses extinct outright (fittingly titled "scroll of genocide"), so what did people do? They came up with the challenge of intentionally summoning and killing so many monsters that they literally drive every monster in the game extinct. Yes, that means tens of thousands of monsters, killed for no other purpose than to kill them.
Chara would be so proud.
This should've been in the game.

i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks aparti know this game is a weeb but holy fuck
Speaking of which, we know about how Undyne is an (accedental) Otaku, to the point of basing her personality off of it. Well the more I think about it and the more I think about it, the more I think one in particular was the source of the majority of Undyne's inspiration. The Lance, the determination, the Undying form, everything about Undyne seems to remind me of Lancer: AKA, Cu Chulain.
Fits with her tendency for both glorious and tragic deaths too.
Lancer's identity isn't even a spoiler, it's revealed pretty much in the first chapter of the VN and in episode 1 of Unlimited Blade Works. Granted, everyone has their identities spoiled thanks to Fate/Grand Order, but still.
But, yeah, Cú Chulainn does feel like a major inspiration for Undyne. I could see them being rivals/besties.
Smartgirl: can you tell me the blog of your friend? not because I want her to reset everything and give her soul to a inmortal demon child or anything like that, its just.....ehhh...curiosity
a question? how tall Alphys is? she is short but fanart is inconsistent in how much.
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"I generally take it that there are absolutely no definitive heights or proportions for any of these characters, honestly. But if you want to go by their sprites as a general guide, which is as best a reference as we have, Alphys is probably a bit taller than Sans and Frisk and shorter than everyone else in the major cast. And most of the minor cast.
Yeah, its more ofa general view than anything correct, so in term if height it lool like this
Frisk(it made sense,after all is a child)
Sans
Alphys
Undine
Papayrus
Toriel
Asgore who is reaaaaally tall.
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"I think Undyne is a little taller than Papyrus.
Alphys could be taller if she didn't slouch all the time.
is there isn any momento when the two are in the screen? just to compare?
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"When you befriend Undyne she and Papyrus are always standing in front of the latter's house.
There was this three post Theory on Tumblr that was mentioned here a while back, one suggesting maybe Gaster did experiments on Determination. Would anyone happen to have a link to them by coincidence?
If not, that's fine, I can look into it
I do writing, feel free to check out my stories here! https://numbugwritingblog.tumblr.com/post/686233243868102656/numbugs-shared-heroic-uni
