I misread that as Frozone, and I wondered whether you mean he's an Ensemble Dark Horse or something. I also imagined a bunch of kids buying Frozone merch.

They are G rated zombies, just dumb shambling fellas more akin to the purple Smurfs than anything, but still.
There's a small survivor band of, say, Rapunzel, Darkwing, Frozone, Piglet and Minnie.
Ultimately the Big Bad is the grandson of R.K. Maroon who had a formula to revive franchises and only produced zombie ones.
The Mad Scientist at charge is an oblivious Doofenshmirtz who perfected his canon Night of the Living Pharmaceutists formula.
