This trope is about when audiences perceive real yet unnatural things that happen during the casting etc. of a work as if they were part of the work. That image looks like a lot more things than that and seems to be more about the trope name than the trope.

Ummm...I'm not sure what to think about that. I lean toward Keep Until Better Image Suggested, but we could definitely use something better.
