I'm on board with this plan
I say we take off and nuke the site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! And then, the Titan's sneak on to the plane (despite many of them being far too big to fit) and kill the pilot, causing it to crash and screwing you over.
That's what you get. That's what you get.
One Strip! One Strip!Marry me.
Bah, with their kind of technology you'd have to activate the nuke manually or some shit.
There's a subterranean city?! Why did I never hear about this before?
It was only from reading manga discussions here during the middle of this season that I realized the Funimation dub seems to prefer "-a" to "-er" name endings for some reason.
The Funi dub is attempting to pronounce names closer to the German pronunciation (since most of the characters have German-derived names) than an English one.
I don't know much about German names, so I can't say whether they're being successful at that or not.

And so that monkey Titan is our new multi-season tease, right? Can't learn anything about him yet!
It's primarily featured in Levi's backstory in the ova.
And yes, the Monkey is our big tease. You'll have to wait until next season (or read the manga) to learn about him.
I suggest waiting for the anime. We know for sure season 3 is coming out next year and I think a lot of the events from the manga would be even more awesome if they're animated.
That and I'm too lazy to figure out how to get into the manga or any side-stories for that matter.
Crunchyroll has, like, 90% of the manga, last time I checked. I believe they're missing the first couple of volumes for some reason, though. For those, you'll either need to use Perfectly Legal Means, your local library, or just buy them outright.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I could never wait for the anime to keep going knowing there's a trove of manga sitting there to continue the story.
Crunchyroll takes down volumes slowly, because they're easily available for purchase. It's basically to encourage people to buy them.
ETA: It is confirmed that Volume 24 will come bundled with a new ova.
Omg, I wonder what it's gonna be? :D

Hmmm, as a new manga reader I don't really know what story they can tell without spoiling future events. Erwin's backstory maybe? Or maybe we'll get an early preview of Historia's story?

How do you mean? When season 3 starts there's no reason not to just follow the manga, without a few of the tweaks they do.
I'm wondering how they'll possibly fit everything into 25 episodes. Is it possible they could do something more like 30? They've got a lot of ground to cover.
Season 1 was 33ish chapters plus filler in 25 episodes. Season 2 went for a pretty fast pace; a little under 20 chapters in 12 episodes. If season 3 ends where I think it will, we're looking at 40 chapters in 25 episodes, and the next arc can definitely go faster in animated format than in the manga given the nature of it.

PSN ID: FateSeraph | Switch friendcode: SW-0145-8835-0610 Congratulations! She/Theyand that's 20 chapters in 12 episodes even with things like Ymir's past added in. That certainly wasn't in the manga (at least not at that time)

Season 2 was more like 16 in 12 episodes unless I'm mistaken. Season 1 was 34 chapters in 25 episodes. That works out to about 4 or 5 episodes less than the number of chapters adapted. Assuming season 3 adapts at roughly the same pace it would need to have about 30 episodes if it wants to cover 40 chapters.
edit: I just checked. Season 2 starts halfway through chapter 34 and ends at chapter 50.5.

Personal bet is still an animated version of Annie's side story.
What story is that?
Was referring to the OVA in my last post btw.
Hmm, didn't realize she had a side story published.

Wall Sina, Goodbye.
It takes place the day before her attack on the Expedition.
It's a visual novel, and later got adapted as a manga in the Lost Girls anthology.
Basically, it's her trying to solve the kidnapping of a businessman's daughter with only one day to get it done.
How to fight a Titan:
1) Get in Jet Plane;
2) Fire Missile;
3) Wash, rinse, repeat.
One Strip! One Strip!
