Just watched the director's cut. I liked it.
I like that even the people watching Hajime put Katze's notebook inside her were blushing. Cause that really did seem suggestive.
Although they could have had Mess hang out a bit longer than they did, but overall I really enjoyed it. Should have watched it awhile ago.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.I hope we get some new battle themes this season. I love the music, but the same two again would be a bit disappointing. (A second soundtrack isn't too much to ask right?)
i. hear. a. sound.Finished watching the first episode of Insight I did not expect Rui and Berg Katse to show up in Insight. Let alone the Prime minister and Neo hundred guy. I expected the whole CROWDS plot to be simply forgotten for whatever new evil showed up.
I have no clue where to find this, and I can't even ask since that's apparently not allowed on the board.
My usual place doesn't seem to have it either.
I curse everyone.
One Strip! One Strip!Do you mean S1 or S2 ep. 0? I would assume the former is probably wherever you're looking, albeit perhaps misfiled, but (in terms of legitimate sources) Episode 0 is currently on Hulu... in Japanese.
In other news, English subs are finally out (except they're actually trollsubs. Goddamnit.)

GM of AGOG S4: Frontiers RP; Sub-GM of TABA, SOTR, & UUA RPsS2 Ep 0.
I watched all of season one (including the proper version of the final episode).
At least I know it hasn't been properly subbed yet.
One Strip! One Strip! And now I think I've seen a proper sub. At least it didn't look like a joke.
.....So we're sure the new girl....is a girl right?
I mean, Rui and all. Speaking of which, now he's also a Gatchaman as well. That's interesting. And Katse is still hanging out in Hajime's head. She's just ignoring him for now, but I do wonder if that will be the status quo, or if something will let him take the driver's seat at some point.
One Strip! One Strip!
You didn't expect Rui of all people to show up or the crowds to still play a role when the show is called Gatchaman Crowds?
One line:
Katze-san, shut up.
It's the way she says it.
Rob we can't really call him inside her head when he can speak and everyone hears him.
Plus he's actually in her chest because of the whole Hajime shoving his NOTE into her chest.
Also we might as well not spoil Katze. It's been several years and since the first episode starts off with him talking, no reason to spoiler it since the show won't hide it.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.
I thought she just kissed him and absorbed him into her. Must have forgotten shoving the note into her own chest.
Saw ep 1 properly.
Tsubasa looks interesting. Seems she and Hajime will be sharing the role of main character. Hajime hasn't changed much, but that always worked for her really.
While I never saw it, the last time the series used the name Gel Sadra, it was as a villain. I'm interested in seeing how things go with her as well.
One Strip! One Strip!I'm surprise you'd forget it considering how well naughty it looked with her gasping in pain while doing it. Even the people watching were blushing.
Then again I only watched the Director's Cut a couple weeks ago so It's fresh on my mind.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. That might explain it. It has been a while.
One Strip! One Strip!Well that was interesting, a new alien with a curious power and a new gatchaman.
I facepalmed when their new guest first appeared as a billowing cloud person... and it turns out that her ability is making the "atmosphere" (kuuki) visible.
So keeping with the shows theme of Internet and social media, the antagonists of the season seem to be... edgy Internet tough guys?
I wonder what's the significance of Hajime atmosphere bubble always being gray.
It might have something to do with Katze, but the old man was the same.
Maybe Hajime just isn't easily swayed in her mood? Tsubasa's gramps was the same way.

One Strip! One Strip! That makes sense. They make up their own minds, regardless of the opinions and feelings of those around them.
Would the bubble being grey mark them as being offline or out of the network then?
i. hear. a. sound.I think after the first seasons message was about "working together" this seasons message will be about "accepting that people have different opinions".
We have been shown things like voting and pie-charts showing that people are divided in their opinions about the crowds and the villains seem to be militant web-activists.
Gelsadra will learn that people having different opinions about the same thing is alright (because paiman said she might be their savior with her powers and he is like never right).

Hajime and fireworks grandpa are zen masters.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Hajime is basically a Buddha figure; she has no real attachments (in the Buddhist sense), she helps people with their problems, she's unaffected by sin, etc.

Not entirely unaffected. Even she was worried something could go wrong when she confronted Katze in the Directors Cut. Thankfully it worked out.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.
Makes sense.
Speaking of, episode 2 is down. Grandfather is so chill, it's cools down the summer heat.
And the new villain is a Misanthrope Supreme of the highest order. From the sounds of things, Katze might have given the power to more than one person, but while the new dude was too scared (or too cynical about humanity) to use it, Rui went ahead and tried to make a better world.
One went against what Katze wanted but is now arguably playing into his hands, while the other fell for the trap, but arguably turned it against him in the end.
I'd say Rui vs.....dude who's name I already forgot is a classic case of Idealism vs Cynicism.
One Strip! One Strip!
....
Rui said the words I most ever wanted to hear.
BIIIIIIIRD. GO!
