Plothook.net has a nice layout and will give you your own forum with a quick sign-up. It's what I use.

I used to be a part of one. I know of RPOL, but I'm pretty sure that wasn't it.
I was interested in trying a Pathfinder game (I got the 3.5 core book on release woot), but I'm very shy in real life and feel better trying it on forums.
Any suggestions?
