I would say replace the image for different reasons. All I can think of when I look at it is 'Where did that guy in the foreground pick up that grenade?'.

We had an IP for this awhile ago. I still see nothing wrong with the trope. One, the title is Beach Episode, and approximately no one is going to misunderstand the trope with a name like that, and two, the grenades and beaches don't normally go together.
Truthfully, if this image doesn't illustrate, than neither do your suggestions. There's nothing about your image that tells us it's the same episode, after all.
Not that I think your image doesn't illustrate, actually. Just that your grievances against the current apply to your suggestion as well.
I like the Collage, it shows it a little better then one pic.

Mmh, I see, it's also a redirect to Pool Episode. So it's more the trope name that's ambiguous (it's more of a "Swimsuit Episode") than the picture.
I see also there was a lenghty discussion already, and the current picture is a hard compromise. I won't mind keeping it in this case, unless a much better suggestion comes by.

Doesn't show the beach, but the lack of buildings definitely makes me think beach more than pool.
I like the guy in the foreground with the grenade. Makes it seem like it's a beach episode of a series that isn't normally about it, rather than a series that's regularly about beach-y excursions, you know?

The picture might be an example, but not the best illustration. Sure, they're in swimsuits, but we don't even see the beach... they could just as well be at the pool.
I don't mind an anime pic, and that's probably where we'll find the best ones, but it should at least show unambigously that the characters are at the beach.
