The Darkhold is a case of "be careful what you wish for"...think about it, it has endless knowledge, so whoever reads it sees a way to fulfil his desires. And if there is anything history has shown than that it is never a good thing to give a human whatever he wants, no matter how good his intentions are - especially since the Darkhold seems to call out to the dark desires first and foremost.
The Darkhold seems to call up a worst-version of yourself.
Oh, and I don't care how they science-explain magic in the show, I'll always treat it as just them scratching the surface.
They have released each past poster changed to "Agents of Hydra" and the synopsis for the next episode....I will just copy paste it here, because it is as uninformative as ever: "Daisy and Simmons are the only hope to save everyone in a world controlled by Hydra."
Seriously, that's it. They outdid themselves with telling nothing.
Going the Steven Universe route, I see...
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?I... would like to see those posters.
Also Top 15 characters who need to return. The Framework does allow for some of these, but doing the whole "villains reappear in our heroes' subconscious in order to help them deal with their past traumas" thing would be both cliche, and illogical given that Aida and Radcliffe designed it to be a "paradise" for the agents.

I put paradise in quotes.
But regardless while it might be a good time to bring back: Ward, Whitehall, Jiaying, Hive, etc I doubt Radcliffe or Aida would put them there. Lincoln sure, the rest no. Well... maybe Jiaying and Cal.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!http://www.spoilertv.com/2017/02/agents-of-shield-episode-416-promo.html
everything we know about the upcoming episodes so far, including the new posters.
Let's take a look at this list....
Donnie Gill: Yeah, I want to see him again, but not in the Framework. The character deserves a whole episode just about him encountering Fitzsimmons again.
Nick Fury: If they can get him, he is always a win. Though in the Framework he is most likely dead.
Maria Hill: Having her in the Framework would be a waste, but the agency is currently understaffed in the real world, so yes please!!!!
Lincoln Campbell: If he makes sense...honestly, having Ward there is complicated enough.
Hive: Nope! That storyline is done and they really would undermine it if Hive turns up again.
Felix Blake: Yep! Would work for both the framework and the real live.
Ian Quinn: Yep!!! I really want to know what happened to this guy in real life.
Jiaying: mmm...depends on the story. I fear having her around would be a little bit contrived. Unless they make her the leader of Inhuman terrorists....
Mr. Hyde: Yes please!!!!
Raina: Could be difficult, we have to take the "we will never speak to each other again" prophecy into account. She is like Donnie, a character I would like to see again in a bigger story (if there ever is one).....
Peggy Carter: Not in this season, but if Ao S gets another season, I could see them doing an arc with a lot of flash-backs, designed to give us poor Agent Carter fans some closure...
Trip: So much yes!!!!
Bobby and Hunter: Miss them so much!!! Though part of me hopes that they will turn up again in another Marvel show for some reason....
Deathlock: I would love to see him in both the real world and the framework....
Graviton: I expect him to be there for the big end-fight.
I also hope that we might see various Hydra members (especially Whitehall).
Hive was awesome, but he absolutely should not be in the Framework, mainly because he would steal the show from AIDA. There isn't room for a bigger bad than her in what's supposed to be her arc.
Just about any of the regular Hydra baddies could fit in just fine, but Hive's just too much of a show-stopper in personality, powerset, and end-goal. He's the biggest bad the show's ever had, and it would do AIDA a disservice to force her into direct comparison with him like that.
Because she'd have to be bigger than him, and it would just fall flat. Like, if anyone's seen the Earth's Mightiest Heroes show, remember that time Zemo defeated the Abomination and proved his status as greatest villain in the Masters of Evil by tripping him? Remember how stupid that was? That's Hive bowing his head and being subservient to AIDA.

When does it come back on, by the way?
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?I see some stand with warders in the comments.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersStand with Warders are still a thing?
How do you think they're taking the fact that Marvel gave a redemption arc to the other Ward?
This place is careless. If I never hear about them again, I'll be too soon.
I mean we could read the comments.
I'm actually seeing a lot of "Ward sucks kill him please" than "Stand With Ward." Which I'll never understand because Ward made this show great, and powered a compelling story arc through Season 2. And before someone we know says it - yes - became a less effective villain in Season 3.
But imagine this show if Ward hadn't existed - what if we started with Coulson and, rather than have two Bad Ass'es on the team there was just May and Coulson.
Seriously. Imagine this show without Ward. Fitz wouldn't have brain damage, Skye wouldn't have been kidnapped, Rosalind would've died for Coulson's manpain in some other fashion, etc.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!...I mean, I agree with you in principle that Ward was an amazing part of the show's early days, but I don't think you're convincing anyone with the way you put that argument.
Fitz not having brain damage and anything to do with Rosalind's fridging seem like solid arguments against Ward's presence.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.I hope Framework Ward doesn't pull some kind of Heroic Sacrifice. That would just make them even more annoying.
I'd be fine with it if he's a sufficiently different character in the Framework. This is a universe where May is an agent of Hydra. The sky's the limit on what Framework Ward could be.
I really want them to take advantage of this opportunity to do something completely new with him, rather than just rehash the same old sinister traitor angle. There is a beautiful irony to be had if the fake Ward winds up being a better man than the real one ever was. Reminds me of Prototype.

I gotta admit you have a point there.
Fake Ward could take us back to the days pre Winter Soldier, and be more interesting (I recall many saying he only became cool after he went traitor).
This is a chance for something totally new with him, so lets hope they go whole hog with it.
We'll all need to reap the shipping whirlwind though.
One Strip! One Strip!I'm just relishing the IC schadenfreude that Ward brings.
As soon as that text said, "Get your boyfriend." And she was like, "Lincoln!"
I was like, "Ward Ward Ward Ward Ward Ward-"
I'm not gonna watch it though, but because I feel awkwardness quite acutely, not because I'm against the concept. I'm all for it.
Ward is the villain I love to hate...and I love to try and figure out.
I think the show is back in two weeks....I hope I survive the withdrawal. And that ABC makes a decision in time if they do another season (or half season or whatever) or not.
I should have added that Fitz's disbelief about Ward being a traitor would've been removed too. A lot of Fitz's character development stems from Ward's betrayal.
Rosalind's 'fridging' drove Coulson and Ward into direct conflict. Until that point the show juggled Skye's conflict with Ward, May's, Bobbi's, and Hunter's with no conclusion. And then Coulson crushed Ward's ribcage with his robot hand.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!
I didn't mean it like that. But I wouldn't rule out him going crazy, with a deliberate effort to make it ambiguous as to how much of that is this current condition, him reading the Darkhold, Aida being the one who rebuilt him, and so on.
