@To everyone above: Ah, I see. Got it.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.I just saw something very... bizarre.
When I was looking up some You Tube videos, an advertisement played. It had scenes from the trailers of Halo 5, Halo 3, Final Fantasy, Mass Effect 3, The Old Republic, Kingdom Hearts, Gears of War, Bio Shock 2, and so forth.
The song that was playing in a nearly four minute long, revenue-producing ad? This will be the Day.
Not a music video done by a fan. A full fledged ad on You Tube, Skip Button and all.
What was it advertising?
TV Tropes's No. 1 bread themed lesbian. she/her, fae/faerProbably this.
Check out my fanfiction!I saw it too. It was apparently advertizing video games that were about to be released and others that were already released.
In RWBY, every girl is Best Girl.Haven't even seen them interact and already with the lesbin subtext that Shippers love
So when exactly is this show coming out on youtube?
Also do you think they'll ever do like a prequel volume at somepoint in the future to show all the character's pasts or just use flashbacks?
Flashbacks are simpler.
It's not easy finding or making a very interesting prequel. It can be a bummer knowing which characters will ultimately live or die. In RWBY, so far, the only characters with mysterious pasts are Ozpin and Blake, so there'd be no need for a prequel volume when most of the action is happening in the "now".
Nobody really wants a 16-episode schlop about the "Grimm War" do they? The war is a backdrop. No. RWBY's appeal is that its about 4 badass teenagers with badass weapons in an anime-like world going on adventures and getting over their differences and insecurities. Starting a "Captain Levi" kind of arc, when the "Vale War" arc is just beginning? I don't see it happening. Later on maybe.

Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).Do you mean Volume 1, or Volume 2? Volume 1's already up, and if I remember correctly the episodes were uploaded on youtube a week after they premiered on Rooster Teeth's site. Assuming they do the same thing, episode 1 of volume 2 should be uploaded on July 31st.
So volume 2 is coming next week, correct?
Thursday next week, yeah.
And to answer x5's first question, episodes are put on youtube the week after they air on RT's site and Crunchyroll.

Thanks Kiko and Vespa much appreciated.
@ FOFD I'd rather have an arc showing Ozpin, Glynda, Qrow and Summer Rose becoming Hunters and Huntresses. It wouldn't have to be a full volume maybe just a short arc to act as a breather episode but not now maybe around volume 4 or later.

Not really.
It's pretty well known and RT announced they were supporting it at RTX's RWBY panel.
Some surprises are awesome.
Check out my fanfiction! In fact, I mentioned that news just now.
Working on a manga. With pictures! All feedback welcome!Meet Sage, who's part of Sun's Team.
In RWBY, every girl is Best Girl.If they keep up the Journey to the West theme, I guess that'd make Sage into Xuanzang and Neptune into Sha Wujing, with the last guy being Zhu Bajie.
Should've checked the list.So Sage then.
At least it wasn't Seafoam or Parsley.

I wonder why Sage and Neptune don't have surnames yet.
In RWBY, every girl is Best Girl.
A good leader is good because of the lack of need for strength. Strength can certainly be a part of it, but on its own it's only going to help you lead, not lead well. And if someone's capable of leading well, someone who's stronger may follow anyway because it's just the better choice overall. Respect comes in many forms. And sometimes, it may just be someone to blame, as a leader is often responsible for who she leads.
