I at first sort of liked this show, then I grew to despise it, and two things that always drove me nuts were the judgmental Mom-And-Daughter team, Annie and Ruthie. Now, I recall an ep blurb wherein Annie on a lark pulled Ruthie out of school for the day, then caught hell about it from Ruthie's teacher, who apparently said that a lot of Ruthie's attitude came from her mother indulging her. I would love seeing Annie taken on by a non-family, non-resident she can't shout, glare or proclaim down. But in ep guide after ep guide, no luck. All I know for certain is that it came after the S9 opener, 'Dropping Trou', one of the many times Annie demanded—literally—that Ruthie be a designated Karma Houdini. Anyone recall the ep?
