Honestly, I'm astonished that no one has started up a thread on Robot Chicken! Oh, well. That can be rectified.

I've seen several clips of this show on You Tube, and some of them are just hilarious! It might be due to the fact that these parodies actually dare to go into territory that the original stuff wouldn't have touched with a barge pole.

What would you like to see parodied on RC? I would like to see them parody My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic. Seriously, there is so much RC could do with MLPFIM!

For instance, you could have My Little Pony Generation 3 invade Ponyville and cause many ponies to suffer sweetness-induced diabetes. So Celestia regretfully orders the Mane 6 to blow them to kingdom come with the Elements Of Harmony, "love and tolerate" be darned. The Mane 6 uses the EOH and the G3 ponies are reduced to ludicrous gibs!

Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee!

Not many people here like Robot Chicken.

Would they care for Season 7?

Yep, I'm still here.

To those who watched this show, which skit do you think ruined your childhood for life? And what was the funniest skit ever?

My emotionally-scarring vote goes to Home Alone. That was my childhood film, and I had fond memories for it. Seeing Kevin suffer everything the burgulars suffered... yeesh. And it's worse when you realise his original actor, Macaulay Culkin, reprised his role for that.

The most hilarious would have to be "Blow Some Steam". Daniel Radcliffe did a bang-up job playing Thomas, especially with the untold hell he goes through. Best line has to be at 1:42-1:46.

[up] I had the fortune of NOT watching any Robot Chicken because A) [adult swim] was a no-no for me as a kid and B) I wasn't in the mood to have my childhood traumatized, so off-handedly reading the descriptions of certain sketches was plenty for me.

Also, Daniel Radcliffe voicing Thomas the flipping Tank Engine for a Robot Chicken sketch? Never thought I'd end up typing that...

EDIT: After watching that Thomas sketch, I had a few laughs…and I kinda wish I didn't.

I always thought that people seriously overreacted with regards to how this show "ruins childhoods". Even the darker skits are clearly jokes.

I am constantly surprised that they managed to milk nine seasons out of the same joke repeated ad nauseam (i.e.: 80s/90s youth pop culture properties with sex, violence and swearing).

Okay, so Robot Chicken isn't everyone's cup of tea, but Deadpool Bandersnatching with The Nerd is side-splitting!

(I swear it sounds like Ben Schwartz is voicing Deadpool...)

I walked out on this show halfway through Season 2. Not a single thing they've done since then has even vaguely enticed me to come back.

My two favorite bits from Season 1 were cutaway gags: Santa ringing a bell and shouting, "Bring out your dead!", and a guy staring at a pair of doors, one labeled "Use Other Door" and the other labeled "This Door Must Remain Locked".

Well that sucks.

It's just a cute little thing about Dean Koontz being a lame wannabe and annoying the true king of horror Stephen King until King kills him.

In a huge SW mood lately so remembered this

Everyone wanted to know what happened to him after AOTC, this is as good an answer as any. Also love they got Jar Jar's actual voice to do this.

[up]Considering the prequels ruined him, he takes any opportunity to voice the character.

This show really grew off of me, it's okay but feels too petty to get a laugh out of me.

With ME Legendary Edition coming out, I guess the mid-2000s to mid 2010s was Seth Green's best years. RC, ME, the super good 2012 TMNT - all pretty big roles.

I think this was the first bit of Robot Chicken I ever saw. A friend of mine way back 15 years ago showed it to me.

So there was apparently an episode with a Drake & Josh skit, and Drake Bell and Josh Peck returned to their roles. As the tweet says, this aged poorly.

I wonder if there's gonna be a sketch based on The Fairly OddParents! that mocks its fucked up continuity in the live-action movies?

Maybe Daniella Monet could reprise her role as Tootie if possible.

[up][up] I feel like I could come up with better ideas for sketches like having Courage find one of Eustace's guns and the villain being shocked that Courage is resorting to use of fire-arms now with Eustance lamenting that he forgot to put it away after Courage shoots the villain.

Another could be a short one where Timmy wishes for a weapon with Cosmo and Wanda obviously knowing why that is and the latter remarking that they knew this day would come.

One could reference the requests for Goku and Shrek to be in Smash where Master Hand announces two new fighters being added with one from Shonen Jump and the other from Dreamworks. The Smash cast expect it to be Goku and Shrek only for it to instead by Tanjiro and Po much to their shock with Popeye being revealed as part of the roster who'd remark that a certain somebody's going to be pissed. It could be followed up with a sketch involving the fighters trying to restrain a furious Waluigi from attacking the two new fighters.

The last one involves a crossover between My Hero Academia and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba where Tanjiro and the Demon Slayers kill the League of Villains and Izuku calls them out on it pointing out they weren't demons and Tanjiro can only mutter up a small, "shit..." realizing what they have done.

[up] Because, put simply, Drake Bell (who played himself in the sketch) got accused of getting intimate with minors. The thing is, stop-motion animation takes a long time, so the RC episode became the unfortunate victim of horrible timing because it came out when Bell getting in hot water was still fresh on everyone's minds.
