Do you have a expensive 4K TV and/or plan to play a lot of VR? If so, wait until E3.
If not, go buy a PS 4.

Yeah, this whole 4K thing won't be any help if you can't actually see it.
Oh really when?Other reports are stating that it will have game exclusives and/or 'sacrifices' if played on a vanilla PS 4.
Considering what happened to Hyrule Warriors on the 3DS compared to the New 3DS means huge game play impacts.
I dont think anyone should be buying P S4s right now.

Of course, this would happen a few months after I buy my PS 4.
Hope you didn't pay retail for the system.
I did, though >.>
Ouch. I did that a couple of times until I found second-hand shops and learned to haggle.
Okay, this is maybe kind of a dumb question, but how the heck are you supposed to lift the faceplate off the PS 4 to expose the HDD? I've been trying to open it up and look under there in anticipation of possibly upgrading soon since I'm getting sick of constantly uninstalling and reinstalling games, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how it's supposed to just pop out just by pressing down and pulling out to the side on the glossy part. The online instructional videos I've seen make it look so effortless, but I can barely even get any noticeable separation. I mean, it's not like I feel like I'm about to break it, but it looks like such little effort that I shouldn't be worrying about that at all, so I'm not sure if there's just some degree of finesse to it that I'm not getting.

I remember when I upgraded mine, there was slightly more force involved than the videos made it look. From looking at them you would think it would just slide out effortlessly, but I had to apply more pressure than I expected to make the faceplate come off. So I don't think it's a finesse thing.
"We'll take the next chance, and the next, until we win, or the chances are spent."Yeah, the PS 4 kicks ass and there's a lot of fun games on it.
Oh really when?O_O
Yikes, I wasn't expecting a response that fast. You really mean it?
I mean this PS 4 Neo that's getting talked about sounds nifty, but wait, it's not like it's compatible with PS 3 games, is it? I still have the Ratchet & Clank collection disc and as far as I know, Castle Crashers isn't on the PS 4, is it?

Just have both. I do.
Possibly not on-topic but I haven't had a response in the other thread I posted it and it is time-sensitive. so I'm going to ask here as well. Copy-pasted from my other post:
So I've redeemed my code for the Mirror's Edge: Catalyst beta on PS 4, but I'm having a problem actually playing. When I start the game up it asks me to input an online ID/username, presumably connected with my EA account. However, the email it has on the screen is an old email I haven't used it years and presumably was what I had whenever I last played an EA game, and it won't accept the I Ds I would normally use, probably because one of them is attached to my current account and the other is probably on my old one. My current account is connected to my current email, which is the one I did all the beta registration through and they sent emails to that address, so I cannot fathom why the beta itself has my old one already in it.
What the fuck do I do?
More force is right. I was eventually able to get it open using the method shown in those videos, but it does seem like the effortless snap open that is shown feels more like you're about to break the thing in practice.
In any case, I went out and got myself a 1 TB replacement drive, and the actual transfer process was fairly easy. Now it's just a matter of getting all the game installs and updates back on the system, which is taking a while even though I mostly have disc based games. Good thing for rest mode downloading I guess.

40 million units sold, and the PSN pulled in more revenue than the whole of Nintendo. To be fair, the two are closer in terms of actual profit (¥88.7 billion to Nintendo's ¥32.8 billion).
Sony is expecting to sell 20 million units for Fiscal Year 2016 (April 2016 - March 2017).
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Neo confirmed, won't be at E3.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Think this is because Sony's conference is too full?
They probably just don't have anything built to show it off, yet.
I'm betting it's legit.
