To lighten the mood, I will make fun of Campbell's Soup supporting CISPA.
Goddamn you Campbell's Soup, Andy Warhol said I could trust you, but your can is hollow like your soul, and your soup tastes like betrayal!
Hell Hasn't Earned My TearsThat's a year-old list, although I doubt there's less supporters now then there was last year.
I hope it doesn't pass. That's just going to piss off thousands of people rather then help anybody.

Hopefully I'll feel confident to change my avatar off this scumbag soon. Apologies to any scumbags I insulted.Unnecessarily inflammatory as usual, Turks.
One thing that should be noted is the amount of votes that switched after the amendment process. The vote to push it forward at all and open it for amendments was almost solidly down party lines — it only got an overwhelming majority after some provisions got stuck in.
Well, it's probably one of the few sources of news that are actually talking about CISPA and not in a "Big Brother knows what he is doing. We were never at war with the pirates." way.
Well all signs point to CISPA being halted at the moment, but we might need to be on the lookout for similar "mini-CISPA" bills later this year.
As long as we're vocal before it's too late, we can try to keep it's successors dead. Until anything similar pops up, I'm going back to the monkey image.

That would be nice. The bitching is for a good cause, even if you don't appreciate it. But I think everyone wants it to stop (via the cause no longer being relevant).
