New Geek Philosopher is a practicing amateur freelance writer and novelist who enjoys reading books and watching anime. He thinks Osamu Tezuka is one of the BEST MANGA ARTISTS OF ALL TIME *Kanye impression over*, but he has frequently made video game article contributions to The Age Newspaper's Screen Play Blog through the Your Turn competition, which one of his entries won the monthly Playstation 3 prize in. It remains the only prize he has ever won in any competition, because it was not judged by a draw.
New Geek Philosopher is no expert on anime or even the extensive body of literature created in the 20th and 21st Centuries, but he certainly tries. He plays Street Fighter II and IV to improve his dodgy fine motor skills, is Australian, and has Asperger's Syndrome.
