Trying to find a Yuri manga

I've read the first few chapters of one, then lost interest, now I want to go back to it.

Basically, the plot (as I recall it) is that there's a school where all the boys have female partners, who they can generate weapons from to duel the other boys. The girls are generally treated poorly, and if the weapon is destroyed it devestates them psychologically. A new girl comes to the school, and is somehow able to get the thing that lets her use that type of weapon, and so she starts taking other girls under her protection.

Does anyone recognize this manga at all?

Unfortunately not, but I find the plot both stupid and intriguing. XD

Are you referring to Shitsurakuen? For future reference, it's probably better to go to You Know That Show if you are looking for a particular work.
