Ok soo it WAS Feral getting a boost? How does this solve anything?

I'm thinking it was something else. Alison's plan was to find a solution to fix everything, then come back to Feral with the burger and booze unless I misread something. I think she was just in recovery mode from her surgeries.
One of the theories I've seen bandied around is that Max's powers have allowed Feral's organs to self replicate.

It caused the organs to generate into a score of Feral clones that can be harvested for the organs while the original goes on with her life.
Welll if that's what happened, they'd probably pull the duty in shifts. She wouldn't just abandon copies of herself.
Or alternatively, they all decide to go maximum production. Because this just multiplies the output, which is still needed. (Until there may be such a time that the docs go "ok, we have transplanted to literally every single person whom we could transplant to; and have iced stock to last us for years. Go have a life for yourself.")
Well, the nurse is trying to tell her something...
Yeah so that suggests it was probably for her
Confirmed that Feral's regeneration has been boosted.
I'm still half expecting the other shoe to drop, say that they don't need to have her "in constant surgery" because she's regenerating so fast they can't do anything.
Or there's a basement currently looking like this with her spares◊.
Yeah, that was my thought too. Hopefully this series isn't planning to get that dark, though.
The "we can't operate on you anymore" option is darker really.
Flesh garden is gross, but it actually solves the problem.
Boosting Feral so she can't donate anymore is not solving anything, merely ripping down her attempt to save lives.

The doctor looks way too happy for that to be the case. She looks like the problem is solved, not that Feral is simply no longer a viable donor.
Of course, there's still the question of what happens to all the implanted organs. Since they didn't spread Feral's anomaly, hopefully they have no connection to her and this will do nothing to them. But we'll have to see.
Mostly I waiting for Feral to learn how Alison got this done, since I feel like she wouldn't appreciate her forcing someone into helping her, regardless.

Don't forget hiding how you did it from your friends because they'll disapprove!
But seriously yes, having that success and temptation hanging over her is fuel for interesting character development.
I don't have the link to today's strip handy, but it's confirmed that Feral's healing has been boosted, and now she won't have to be in surgery nearly as often to meet the world's organ needs.
The issue is as much logistical as anything else, apparently. I sitll wonder how they can get to the organs fast enough if they reheal that quickly.
Yeah that's a bit of overlooking an early problem they had with keeping her open in order to even start extracting the donations.
But eh, it can slide for the sake of moving forward.
They've just added a cast page and updated their about page as well.
Formerly KarmaMeter.Given the outcome, I'd say that the end very much justifies the means in this instance.
Switch FC code: SW-4420-1809-1805I agree. If they can draft you into the military in wartime, forcing someone to cast an effect at no cost to themselves can as well. The only real issue is that she isnt the gov., and has no legal authority to do what she did. He could sue her and probably win.
Allison was correct to threaten Max's life in order to achieve a unilaterally positive result.
Much like how if everyone in philosophy class did like they were supposed to, everything would have been fine.
