That is not the correct way to support a sweater.
Forever liveblogging the Avengersmight wanna rethink that acronym, buddy.
All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not. What I'm taking from this is that 'Dipsticks' is perfectly okay.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersI don't think blind eye would be a good name because fandom names usually spring up early in their lifespan but blind eye was not a relevant term until the credits code for Gideon Rises
GE Tting back on topic, Has anyone noticed that the family from Lil Butler all look kinda like pearl? They have the same pale skin, similar pointy noses (especially when you compare it to art done by the crew, who tend to draw pearl's nose slightly rounder), similar hair for the mom and the daughter, and the daughter has the same VA.
my blogI guess pointy, pale-skinned people are classy?
Oh my gosh...
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Considering the term "kindergarten" was only invented in 1840 and Amethyst is probably older than thatnote .. kind of doubt that.

I don't know if the real-life etymology of the word is relevant here.
And the Gems don't seem to know all that much about human culture despite being around for so long anyway.
But I also doubt that's the actual reason Steven doesn't go to school. It's just a fun Fridge thing.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.So it turns out Lars once gave Steven a pig-back ride and I never noticed this until now.

Come on, guys. We're the Decipherers! It's perfect!
And SU fans are...Beach Citizens or whatever.
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating."Dipsticks" isn't any worse a nickname than "Avatards."
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot. It's better than Genwunners, Johtoddlers, Hoenbabies...
Okay not really. I dunno. All of the insults.
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating. If you say so.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersBringing it back to Steven, I wonder if there are any other gem groups out in space doing the same thing the Crystals are doing on earth, but with a different planet....
I compared the Gem Race to the Andelites from Animorphs a while back. In the books, they're set up as the good guy aliens at the beginning. But as the story unfolds, you get to see more and more of their unpleasant side unfold, their arrogance, their inflexibility, their inability to accept failure, and, most importantly, their willingness to go through with absurdly destructive measures to stop the "bad aliens," the Yeerks. (Who are admittedly, pretty bad. But they're not so black and white either.)
AND THEN, at the very end of the series, it turns out that the majority of Andelite contact the human heroes had been having was with the military leaders, who had been gaining too much power due to how long the war had been going on. When their plan to destroy Earth to prevent it from becoming a Yeerk stronghold/troop generator, is exposed to the Andelite homeworld, they back down, because, as the resident "Crystal" Andelite said, (Paraphrasing) <The People would never have approved of such actions!>
So, getting to the point of all this. I wonder if the Homeworld Gems in general are bad news, or if it's just a certain, powerful group enforcing the devouring of other planets.

Click for more crappy pixel artIf TV Guide is to be trusted, we're getting one new episode this Thursday at the normal time, then next week we're getting SIX new ones next week: two Thursday, one every other weekday, each starting at 5:00 PM EST (the screencap is Central).
EDIT: And here is some secondary confirmation.
EDIT2: I'm on Spring break next week. As someone who has to leave every Thursday just a few hours before Steven Universe episodes air and gets back sometimes between 10:30 PM and 2:00AM, it feels like the scheduling gods have cut me the biggest break ever.
I'm sure that if Earth isn't the only plant that can support a Kindergarten, they must be amazingly rare, otherwise the Homeworld Gems would have never bothered fighting the Crystal Gems over it.
If Lapis is any indication, plenty are probably ambivalent enough to be reasoned with. Of course, that assumes the Homeworld Gems are numerous enough to have a distinct military/government in a human sense.

Duh what? You mean we're going to finish the first season before April?
Apparently! If we got back to the normal schedule after next week, the last two episodes of the season will air the 19th and the 26th.
I guess anyone who saw the promos is wondering what anyone would need a giant robonoid for, and what funky flow has to do with it.
Funky flow is the driving force of every universe.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.
Then you'd have to include the crazy people who wear sweaters around their necks, like Onion.
