My money's on the Western one, they'd steal all the Wuxia magic and technology while claiming it was invented by someone over there and have some sort of Renaisance or Magitech Revolution.
Breath of Fire IV had a Eastern Fantasy empire versus a Medieval Europe Fantasy empire, but they were overshadowed by a third party's god-summoning technique being stolen and going horribly wrong & right at the same time.
