Not quite a return to form, but it's close enough to the first series' feel, and much more people liking it than not. The fact that the staff seems to acknowledge this helps (see how the OP apes S1's).
I tend to get bored with Slice of Life, but this one somehow kept my interest, despite nothing really happening. Well, nothing lasting. It's the kind of series where actual development would be a Shocking Swerve.
Check out my fanfiction!Episode 2: Really, really funny. Mako-chan is always comedy gold. And of course she sjares the spotlight with Touma this episode.
Man, it's hard to discuss this type of SOL shows.
I've forgotten who Uchida is.
What? If anything Uchida is probably the most visible of Chiaki's friends barring Mako-chan, since she usually shares her segments with Mako-chan (most notably in Okaeri). She has more screentime than Yoshino too!
I forgot who everybody was except for the main three (and I didn't remember Kana's name before I was reminded) and Hosaka.
MMORPGs are serious business.Eeeeh.
Who's Yoshino?

You're welcome US fans. A full series license announcement is likely in the near future. :)
I had it easy, unlike you I had forgot that completely! I watched it twice and twice dropped in past (realy, realy distant past). So this time I watched it all in one go and know all characters MUHAHAHHHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!! (though begening of third season were problem for me as much as it were in past)
Btw: can't help but recommend manga (as always when I have opportunity) Sonna Mirai wa Uso de Aru from same author. Does anyone here reads it?

Well, the simulcast announcement was made the day before it was uploaded. Natural that some people possibly missed it.
You mean "That Future Is A Lie"? Then yes, I read it.
And cripes, this episode. It even brought back "Sensei and Ninomiya-kun" AND the Bible Black faces.

Sensei and Ninomiya-kun were, are and always will be awesome. I'll never forget it's briliantly writen dialogs...
Anyway don't you think Takayama could be inspired by Nanami Natsuki?

Rain Goddess Chiaki shows up again. Or is it Sun Goddess?
Check out my fanfiction!
Teru-Teru Bozu Chiaki nothing, we FINALLY have Hosaka delusions. And what's more, it's the "Ah, I want Minami Haruka to wipe the sweat off me" plotline too!
He's funny and over the top. And the plate was funny too. And I really don't mind his tendency to open his shirt. Haruka should go for him anyway.
Check out my fanfiction!Nope, Haruka should go for Natsuki, she wouldn't have to change name after marriage (phonetically at least). And he is almost as awesome as Hosaka.

Sometimes I forget who is who between those two. I think. I get confused.
Check out my fanfiction! It simple. Hosaka is striping, Natsuki always get see half naked Haruka (and is less desilusional). If you remember this you can't make mistake...

There's a half naked Haruka?
Check out my fanfiction! In previous seasons at least twice.

I think the funniest part about Hosaka has always been how he's so good at everything yet that never helps him because of his craziness. He's surprisingly perfect if you ignore his "external monologues".
and sweating...
and striping...
And inability listen to anyone (who doesn't troll him)...
But otherwise he indeed is perfect
Episode 4: Hosaka XD
Episode 5.
Chiaki is best at skipping ropes. Or any kind of physical activity, really.
But either of them going up in weight isn't exactly a bad thing...
Sometimes I wonder why the plot isn't actively moving backwards, since that's how everyone thinks.
Episode 6: Tune in next time, you moron!
Check out my fanfiction!
This thread is the simple illustration of the four seasons of Minami-ke and the ordinary plots they lead.
Please don't expect too much of it.
Also, please sit at least three meters from the monitor in a well-lit room when reading.
Ano bakayarou.
So, with a new season of Minami-ke I really want a thread to be able to discuss this funny series. And the poor efforts of poor Mako-chan to stop being Mako-chan.
If I'm sure of something it's that I'm not sure of anything.
