These are not really "specials," but are the promotional videos that I have mentioned in this wiki—and ones that nobody bothered to subtitle until the end of the series.
So, for the first, Haruka wasn't having no fitness. She just Cant Tell A Lie called "hiding her broken past due to Blessed with Suck".
Note: The art in these videos are actually closer to Enokids' manga art style.

Scientia et Libertas | Per Aspera ad Astra NovaI'm bumping it because I have a question to ask.
Somebody put on Chapter 5 of the manga (which corresponds to the second half of Episode 4), and I'm pondering the last frame of this page. It's clear Dai'chi is playing a danmaku shmup, but how likely is he playing Touhou in the first place?

Scientia et Libertas | Per Aspera ad Astra NovaIt's hard to tell. Looks like a fairy boss, which there are a few of in Touhou, but not exactly a Touhou style fairy. More of a The Legend of Zelda fairy.

So, there's a bunch of short specials.
In the first, Kotoura is shown to have absolutely no fitness. I believe Patchouli would beat her in a race. On foot.
In the second, Kotoura did the same gaffe Jean Grey once did when meeting Spider Man.
In the third, Kotoura pulls a fast one. Well, sort of.
In the fourth, that wall breaks.
In the fifth, Kotoura builds up hope just to crush it like a bug on a windscreen. With a sledgehammer.
In the sixth, they're all lunatics. Except Daichi.
