Cant add weight to bullets outside of hardcore without external assets though, thats how.... limited it is. ._.;
First two yes, the third is a no (requires a script), fouth is a maybe depending on what you want to do (lots of perks require scripting), the fith is a yes.

Adding new crafting options being a script makes sense. Other than that though I'm set.
New crafts on there own are okay actualy since there determined by a "recipie" item that you cant really see unless you mod the game, its legendary effects specificly that are applied by a script.
Okay then, what about detaching effects to put them on other weapons/armor?
You cant really do that without scriping.
You can modify the weapons base stats easily enough, but not the interesting stuff like bleeding or shootng ice bullets, those use a script to attach a spell rather then using a normal wepon mod.

Yeah if I remember right all the legendary weapons are actually "enchanted" like they were in Skyrim or something aren't they?
Oh really when?That is correct.
That makes sense.
Some one wanted this, but I cant remember who
Castle wall fix mod, fully navmeshed, and good looking.
I'm glad that mods are coming to the PS 4, at last; puzzled that it took an absolute kicking to both Bethesda's and Sony's reputations for it to finally occur to Sony that it would possibly be a good idea if they did make it to their console, rather than let Microsoft continue to piss all over them on Twitter over their console having them and Sony's not doing so; and finally I'm happy that as a PC owner I don't have to deal with the restrictions that Sony put on modding - because most of the really good ones, i.e. the ones that require scripts, are still verboten.
It must have taken a lot of negotiation for Bethesda to even get this limited concession from Sony vis-a-vis mods, so well done them for getting this far.
One wonders if any other companies will follow Bethesda's lead and open up modding of their games on both the major consoles, because as the Nexus site shows us, there's a lot of games out there that have modding support on P Cs yet also have console versions too.
I think that was Tuefel.

Not me but I do like the look.
Who watches the watchmen? It was me. Thank god this exists. I need it.
I'm glad Storyteller doesn't want Brotherhood to rule.
This makes me wish for a Fallout RTS. Something Mount And Blade style but not moored in Feudalism so hard that it can't simulate other government types.

Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Journey: Give me a Company of Heroes set up or Dawn of war II type gameplay and I would be in.
Who watches the watchmen?Yeah. Honestly, if you're going to make your game a straight-up open world RPG without an ending, you should never give your players any rank higher than second in command unless you intend on introducing customizable politics into the setting so the player can actually run the country or organization they're supposedly the leader of.
Possible leak on future DLC after Nuka World.
I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for more DLC, sadly. Hines and Howard have made it quite clear they're done with Fallout 4. They've got that revenue stream from Fallout: Shelter still coming in, so why would they pull the trigger on something new that may not even get bought by all the players of Fallout 4?
I'm not expecting anything, but I was bored and felt like posting something that caught my attention.

Interesting news for users of both Mod Organizer and Nexus Mod Manager. Thought it might be relevant for most FO 4 players.

Note to self: Pick less edgy username next time. This is going to be rather bloody, I think. Mod Organizer isn't all that easy to use, and it seems to be that way deliberately rather than by accident.
Thank the divines, that piece of shit needed to die.
It promoted complacency, no one knowing how to manually install mods if needed, endless questions from my non tech literate friends about why nmm was not working and me having to explain each time that it was shit and often didn't install right.
All while killing off the development of the actualy good managers.
So I am not sad about this one bit.

Vendors stocking more caps, Ballistic Weave on more clothes, crafting Legendary effects, tweaks to certain perks like Ricochet and Idiot Savant, more legendary enemies on any difficulty, legendary Kellogg, are the ones I can remember because it's been a while since I saw my favorites list before all the PS 4 mods were taken down.
