Heracross is in the regional dex, #131 in the Coastal Dex. I don't know about Joltik/Galvantula, but there's plenty of spaces left in the dex it could fill.

Well, if the rumours are true, I wouldn't be surprised if every Pokemon is available across the two games. Minus events, of course.

Kostya: I dunno. HGSS had a large amount of the Legendaries from previous games in them. I don't see why they couldn't be squirrelled away in the postgame in X/Y.

I'm sure there are some but I don't think there will be all of them. At the very least the version mascots for most past games will probably be either omitted or divided up between the two versions. They might also be saving some for Z.

I'm guessing Joltik and Heracross are both national dex. Is it known how many Pokemon are going to be available actually in the games yet, as in, without having to transfer from previous gens? I assume past generation legendaries won't be and obviously event only ones.
