" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."Ah, OK. I'll see about picking that up.
Along with the second Day of Chaos trade, Tour of Duty and the rest of the ABC Warriors trades.
For something that costs me £1.99 a week, 2000AD can get very expensive.
Direct all enquiries to Jamie B Goodoh it can be....
I am personally awaiting the hc of trifecta with the lenticular cover of dredd which depending on which angle you look has the other two leads (being vague in case of spoilers) appearing in dredds helmet eye mirror thingy
" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."Finally got my hands on Prog 1848 today.
I'm not quite sure about this current Dredd storyline. I was kind of liking it up until this prog's reveal, that Lock may in fact be Judge Death. That's how I interpreted it, at least.
Direct all enquiries to Jamie B GoodSorry I'm so behind. Stuff happened. Trying to get caught up now.
Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies.yeah that face is too obvious...
Also loved the parody of just how many editions the horned god got in the slaine story
" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."Yeah, great to see Bisley back on art.
Direct all enquiries to Jamie B Goodit was lovely
" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."Day of Chaos: Endgame finally arrived at my place.
Also, my idea for a Judge Dredd game.

Direct all enquiries to Jamie B GoodSorry for the double post, but this thread's been dead recently.
I quite liked the recent Flesh and Damnation Station stories. Are there any TPBs of those?
Direct all enquiries to Jamie B GoodNo to Damnation Station. There's a Flesh collection called "The Fino-Files" which collects all the 70s stories as well as "Texas"; "Midnight Cowboys" and "Badlands" won't be collected until next year at the earliest.
Ukrainian Red CrossNoted.
BTW, what's your thoughts on Underbelly? I thought it was pretty good, but I'll have to rewatch Dredd 3D at some point.
Direct all enquiries to Jamie B GoodI liked it, but the ending felt a bit rushed. It seemed to me like they could have gotten another issue out of it if the pacing had been a bit more like the movie. Still good, though.
Ukrainian Red CrossSaw the ad for the new Dredd story in Prog 2014.
'Clash on Titan'? Please tell me that was an accident.
Yes, I know the significance of Titan in the Dreddverse.
Direct all enquiries to Jamie B GoodI dunno if its just me but as a long term fan of strontium dog I am finding johnny alphas current actions borderline offensive to the actual character
" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."So I finally got around to reading this month's Megazine and HOLY CRAP THE LAST PANEL OF ANDERSON!
Ukrainian Red CrossI fell way behind, and have just used the massive sale the app is running to start making up lost ground. I'll probably start reading again over the weekend.
Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies.Happy 37th anniversary, 2000 AD!
way to celebrate the 37th with the possible deaths of two major characters
" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."Makes sense, actually. The comic has always taken pride in its aversion of Comic Book Death.
Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies.yeah when someone dies in 2000ad they stay dead i can name on my fingers resurrected characters
ace garp
slaine
johnny alpha
the angel ga....lets pretend that didnt happen
chopper
can't think of others
" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."Dmitri Romanov (sort of).
Also, Claw Carver. (OK, technically he was rescued before he died, but since that was by time travel, I feel it still counts).

" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."This reminds me; I really need to start catching up with 2000AD again.
Why did this have to happen just as there's a decent PC version of Resident Evil 4?

Finally got round to reading this week's prog.
I think Dredd has been in a bit of a rut lately. Still, it's good to see a bit of continuity from Trifecta.
As for Defoe, I'm having a bit of a hard time following it, as I don't really know the strip.
Same problem with Slaine, though to a lesser extent. Nice to see the Langley droid back on art duties, though.
Age of the Wolf: This is actually pretty good, if only on a conceptual level. Still, it's easier for me to follow than Defoe.
Ten-Seconders: I'm seriously impressed with this series. Didn't they do a trade paperback of the previous arcs?
