That suggestion for a better thread notification system I've put in the moderator forum includes a feature that automatically watchlists threads meeting certain criteria for tropers asking it to do so. This can be implemented as part of that feature.

I wonder if there could be some way to view a list of newly created threads across all the forums or in particular forums? That way I could check the new thread view for threads I was interested in and watchlist them, and all I'd have to do would be to check the watchlist and new thread view. TRS has something similar in the RSS feed, but...
