So they did the newest DLC of Trials Evolution today. Michael actually did really well. If Jack hadn't been there I think he could have won the first two heats.

Easy. Xbox does have creative mode. You stack the blocks, then delete the stuff not needed.
Yeah, you can also fly, which was how Geoff was moving around. Just put blocks within jumping distance.

Considering I never saw any zombies or creepers or anything down below that's probably what they did. Either that or they went into Creative Mode, went up there, set spawn, then logged out and went into normal mode to do it. Because if they were still in Creative Mode couldn't they just fly out of their fall?
