Akame ga Kiru

When Naruto, the manga sites all crashed, almost simultaneously. In some cases, repeatedly for the same sites.

I think moving over to Akame is far easier on their servers after that.

To Zelman - Esdeath might have said instead do not let him catch up wit from the streets, from the Chinese translation I read.

Well, Esdeath mentions "adult diseases" in the official Crunchyroll sub of the anime as well, not just in the manga, so I'm pretty sure she was talking about STDs.

Crunchyroll has the anime, but they don't have the manga, if that's what you were asking. I might have misphrased my previous post if I gave that impression.

I only got into the series fairly recently, so I can't say.

It seems this thread has died since the anime ended.

So I just found out that the scanlator who was scanlating Akame Ga Kill Zero dropped it. So we probably won't be seeing chapter 14 unless mangastream decides to pick it up too or someone else picks it up.

Budo says something that seems OOC to me.

I kind of have doubts that mangastream will pick up Zero. Chapter 13 came out on Dec. 7, so if mangastream or anyone else picked it up, chapter 14 should have been out by now. Of course, there's always a possibility that they may pick it up eventually since they have the main series and it's only a monthly manga, but I have a feeling that zero isn't as popular or in as much demand as the main series is, so I doubt it's much of a priority for mangastream or anyone else.

I was just checking on Amazon, and I see that Akame Ga Kill Vol. 1 is, at the moment, the #1 bestseller in the mystery manga section and the #9 bestseller in the general manga section. Of course that's just the way it is at this moment, and the ratings are updated by the hour so I don't know how long it will stay this way, but I thought it was cool though that Akame Ga Kill made it to #1 at least once, in one category, when it doesn't get released until tomorrow.

Budo puts up more of a fight but goes down in the same fashion as the Anime... Tatsumi lands a blow on Esdeath leaving a scar on her stomach from where he straight up Gut punches her Koing her for the rest of the fight◊... This just makes Esdeath more Yandere and Horny. Mine is effectively taken out of the story, she's rendered alive but nonresponsive◊

I'm a little irritated that the anime spoiled what happened in the manga, since Budo dies to Mine in the same way, but at least Mine is alive. Coming into this chapter, I was convinced Budo wouldn't die because, well, that would leave Esdeath as the only remaining general left between Night Raid and Honest. Killing Budo would leave Esdeath alone for a slaughterfest (whether literal or otherwise), so what happens? Well, according to the raws, Esdeath actually loses a fight via Tatsumi gut-punching her and leaving a giant scar; she was knocked out for the rest of the fight. How did she react to losing? She is fucking ecstatic, of course. Welp, Defeating the Undefeatable has finally occurred, but Esdeath is still alive, Tatsumi still has problems adjusting to his new armor, and you know damn-well Esdeath is gonna whip out a whole slew of new abilities against him next time.

Shame Budo goes down. Considering he was a good man that could have helped rebuild the Empire. Seriously If Esdeath was killed then If the Revolutionary army was taken down Budo would have removed Honest from power and fixed most of the corruption.

That's the thing. Esdeath's loss is huge. There's no way that isn't circulating across the capitol and the revolution. If I know Honest, he'll veto any leak of Esdeath's defeat for the same reason the Gorosei in One Piece veto any leak of a Shichibukai losing.

And people were saying nothing from anime will make it to the manga...

Well, that's that for Mein, she had a good run. Budou still died but at least he regained a bit of his previous dignity.

If four chapter earlier you told me Esdese going to loose to Tatsumi who got mid battle feeling power up I would laugh at you. Yet here we are. What was the point of all that hype then? I dunno. Well, she's still alive at least so she can still go down in a blaze of glory.

What happened to Mine? She's alive, yeah, and she got wrecked like in the anime, but why is she so unresponsive? I ask because I still dunno if the chapter was translated yet.
