What's left of the Jaegers are guarding the PM and Emperor.
This is it. Everything hinges on this moment.
Wut XD
Mhm. The final battle begins now.
In RWBY, every girl is Best Girl. It's nice to see Pumpkin be overpowered against the overpowered.
Why is it called Pumpkin?
I mean, it's Halloween now, but... yeah.

In RWBY, every girl is Best Girl.It does seem reasonable to give a chance for Mine to really cut loose with a weapon like that. I wonder what the limit is on how much its power can increase.
Also, I'm not sure what the fuss is about Budou being "defeated". His teigu was outclassed in raw power output, but that's hardly a strike against his battle ability, and I doubt he's really been taken out yet.
Hell the fact that his was outclassed also puts more points towards him. Pumpkin's stronger the more danger it's wielder is in. There were a ton of dangerous things around in this fight.
You look happy, I can change that if you want.Perhaps Budo will fight Najenda after he gets up?
In RWBY, every girl is Best Girl.
Agree about Budou. He seems to have a defense ability that is more about tanking hits than dodging.
One limit for Pumpkin is that it is a weapon of pure offensive power. Its defense is striking the enemie's attacks and abusing its range. Mine can't afford to get hit and her ability to dodge is not improved by the weapon.
I doubt that no one is going to die here. Although, while Mine's death flag is roaring high in the sky, it is possible that another Night Raider dies instead if she and Tatsumi. That could be a guilt trip for the couple.
A bad thing that could happen is, in the off-chance that Budou dies the whole imperial army falling in the hands of Esdeath and Honest.
RealidadeAssuming Esdeath and Honest survive, that is. At least Esdeath is A Mother to Her Men, though, and I suspect Budo is himself A Father to His Men.
I expect Akame to kill Kurome and Esdeath to kill Najenda. Dorothea and Izou may die, but that's mostly due to them being in Wild Hunt, while Suzuka was knocked to the wall by Esdeath and Cosmina is technically brain-dead.
Leonne could very well die through a Rasputinian Death herself, Mine could very well die via Esdeath (although I doubt it), I suspect Akame will kill Esdeath (just like she said so in the beginning), and Honest could very well die before Esdeath given that the author likes throwing curveballs.

In RWBY, every girl is Best Girl.Somewhere people are gambling on this manga.
"X is going to be horrifically and quickly killed by Y for U$ 40."
"W dies slowly but with no gore by poison given by Z for U$ 100."

RealidadePersonally, I want Honest to die before Esdeath and Budo. What would they both die if they found out they outlived the Prime Minister? That's something I wanna see.
In RWBY, every girl is Best Girl.Oh my God, in the latest episode, I seriously confused Esdeath as Bols' wife.
I seriously thought he was talking to his wife, not Esdeath. It wasn't until she got up from her chair and he said "Taichou" that I realized it was Esdeath.
In RWBY, every girl is Best Girl.I really liked Kurome's creepy voice.
RealidadeI thought it was his wife in the manga because no colors.
Kurome getting back up was scarier than I thought it would be. And they apparently added from Zero for Kurome and Akame.
Extra chapter out focusing on Sheele!
A cute, likeable character introduced in a side chapter, and she finishes the chapter safe and happy? What is this madness?
Akame ga Kill, it's like I don't even know you any more. Admittedly, this is a good thing, because sometimes you're kinda weird and creepy about the whole 'being dark!' thing.
By the way, apart from the depressing deaths, the latest episode showed Esdeath and the Jaegers as... well, normal. It was a nice touch.
In RWBY, every girl is Best Girl.Nice extra chapter. Ah, justice girl, how I missed your crazy psycho face.
That said, it was a shame that the Tonto guy sent people to kill the blind girl and the dad.
I would have liked to see how Night Raid would react if he didn't.
But I guess it was a chapter focused on Sheele and in the end, for all the pep talks that murder is wrong, the author only presents the Raiders as heroes. It is a fun manga but not a really deep one.
Edit: "No matter how many good deeds you perform, your past sins cannot be erased."
Sounds like something Seryuu would say. Also the switch, between cute and creepy. Very alike.

RealidadeAnd here I was thinking that Nea's father would turn out to be Tonto and/or the robber just for the depressing twist factor. Well, can't say it was all that bad though.
Ah, Bulat, never change.
This was weirdly pleasant chapter for AGK standards. Nea survived, her father wasn't the murderer, all is well. Just a shame that Sheele won't make good on her promise.
And that crossover at the beginning was kinda absurd.
Absurdly hilarious.
I love One Week Friends.
lol Ch. 999: My Friends are Assassins
No lie, I thought said robber/merchant was going to be the daddy.
Though what Sheele said makes me wonder why the hell they even decided to spare Akame in the first place (I know, she's valuable in being a soldier against the Empire).
Makes me salty Bols never got that chance.
Like half of the Night Ride were Imperial soldiers at one point, so I see the problem.
And it's not like they were in position of deciding her fate. Najeda convinced Akame not to kill her.
I also guess it will be shown in Zero and I haven't started that yet.
Esedeath performs a You Shall Not Pass! against Budou so Mein and Tats can escape.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.
