It usually tends to be that way, rather than forming patterns. It's usually good when characters like that are consistently perceptive or not about the same things.

Check out my fanfiction! You mean it's better than Bakuman. 3? :P
It has somehow managed to become a very intriguing show, one that I've decided to follow now.
(I don't watch Bakuman)
"I'll do it!" and everyone applauds. That was funny, especially as it would indeed be impressive if she managed it. If.
She be a bit violent. And overextending herself, though with her personality, it's more or less a given. Which essentially means another problem for our brave protagonist to solve. I hope it doesn't end up as predictable as it seems.
I do find it odd that he has such a different reaction to two girls in much the same situation. Though that probably stems less from himself and more from how he's expecting her to react. With all right.
Check out my fanfiction!I may sound like a broken record, but I still have no idea why the Kamoshida is writing Mashiro as a textbook-accurate autistic—how many characters of that type exist in east Asian fiction, may I ask? In most cases, writing it as having an Ambiguous Disorder is already enough.
I wonder if he is writing what he knows...
Scientia et Libertas | Per Aspera ad Astra NovaDoes it really matter if there aren't many in Asian fiction? That may even be why he wrote her like that.

Yeah, pretty much. It just means that they was actually effort and research put into the character creation, which is quite simply one of basic signs of good writing.
"Canada Day is over, and now begins the endless dark of the Canada Night."Yeah, I mean, I don't see why you wouldn't portray autism accurately if you're willing to put in the effort.
The story arc for Aoyama seems straightforward enough. Quite enjoyed her dialogue with Sorata and Mashiro, especially when Mashiro is so intent at creating misunderstandings.
Sorata's struggles with game design would make for an interesting watch, I think, but I doubt it'll get a lot of focus, at least in this arc.
Maid-chan is still fantastic.
What I can just say Kamoshida has Shown His Work in the neurosciences. Still, writing an autistic and never said she is still sounds weird...
I don't get why everything has to be explicitly labelled.
Well, I get why, but I disagree.

Check out my fanfiction! Please check my writeup on Ep 6's Internet Backdraft (under YMMV) was worded correctly.
Scientia et Libertas | Per Aspera ad Astra NovaWell, I didn't get that difference in purpose. I thought it also was for her sickness in the anime, and both dishes have that connotation the way I've heard it (and The Other Wiki agrees).
Anyway, episode 6 was the cutest one so far, both concerning Mashiro and Nanami.

The main thing is Japanese guys are generally dismissive of Korean influences in Japanese media.
I didn't argue that point. If I did, I'd have argued removing the example entirely, since that's the entire point of it.

Sorry that I mistook your previous reply. The change in purpose does not factor that much than who is making it. I'd say it's be seriously OOC for Sorata to be making it, but as for the flamboyant Jin, I can see him making it.
Jin just said he made something special for "her", and I'm not sure about different translations, but that's all. I never got the impression it was for any kind of gratulations. I thought it was for the same reason as the original one, which I could easily see either of them do, since they're all rather caring in that house. However, as you say, Jin is more eccentric, so he'd do something more unusual.
Check out my fanfiction!Episode 6: Aoyama's amazingly adorable. The after-fever dialogue was great.
In other news, Jin and Misaki are still emo about each other.
New episode is up. Aoyama is being cute again. Makes me wish she was the main love interest instead of Shiina. I mean, sure, I like Shiina just fine (autistic stereotypes aside), but I like Aoyama more as a character.
Annoying little sister, on the other hand, is annoying, and I wish we'll never see her again.
There wasn't a lot that happened here, so it kinda felt like a middle-episode, despite having a new character. However, it was strangely funny, with plenty of non sequitur jokes. Though really, that's in Mashiro's nature.
Also, I wonder if Sorata will ever realise that asking Mashiro do behave normally won't work. He's always equally surprised when she describes events with less-than-beneficial words for him...
Why is your name spelled differently in your sig than your handle here?
Check out my fanfiction!That... is a very good question.
So when do you think he'll buy that clue?
Check out my fanfiction! He won't. They never do. This is the kind of series where most of the humour is derived from making the protagonist suffer in the most embarrassing ways possible.
IOW, as perceptive or not as the plot demands.
