New ep.

Michinori does a final Burst. And here I thought we'd only be seeing that from Kakeru.

In other news, I think I'm the only one who cares about this series.

Maybe it's not serious enough.

I think it depends more on the site though. Although even 4chan's board isn't particularly enthusiastic.

The latest ep.

So my previous belief that only Kakeru will be doing final bursts has been punched right in the face. Now Shunsuke has done his, and the GTR's was pretty crazy too. I never thought we'd see it so that means that Rinne and Satori will be joining them. In fact, Satori seems to get her chance next week it seems.

Also, the sub of episode 19, in addition to into-ing the Gyrozetter rescue team, also revealed that Xenon is creating it's own ''Eraser corps. This means that with the good guys having three new members, and everyone getting Final Bursts, that things might soon pick up.

We'll see. I just here for the robots.

"Saw" the recent episodes (Saw is in quotations because they're still raw and the sources I saw them at wouldn't play them at anything more than 1fps).

Without subs and the aforementioned framerate issues, I can't form an opinion on them.

Yeah, I saw that too, but since the subs are a bit behind, I've decided to hold off on more substantial reviews until I know what they are saying.

I will say that Rinne will likely do a final burst, but with which Gyrozetter? Dolphine or Prius Alpha? Likely the former, but since the latter apparently has a Rider Kick, I wouldn't mind seeing that as well.

I'll have them both, even though having both at the same time would be awesome, it simply isn't possible.

On another note, the latest subbed episode wasn't actually all that funny, even though it actually made me care for the characters. Only one joke made me laugh, Mikeman Seki's they're fighting, but it's a stand up comedy. And only because the gyrozetters stand up to fight.

While waiting for the subs of the last three episodes (I seriously am considering dropping this series for a long time if the fansubbers don't catch up soon). I took the time to watch the previous episodes and edit the series' page accordingly.

EDIT: I've just seen episode 21 (Still waiting for episode 24 on the site I usually watch the series on). It wasn't what I was expecting, to say the least.

Now I have to wait for episodes 22 & 23 to be subbed. Which sucks.

It seems the series will be at least on a 50 episode schedule, apparently there are episodes listed as far as 38, which will be aired on June 25th.

Still, that makes it possible for the second phase to be more epic in scale. We still have no idea where the rosettagraphy came from.

Once we get Rinne's final Burst, I think we'll have to be add it to the page. Just listing them all and the episodes they happened in.

Where was episode 24? Was there no ep this past tuesday?

Not the case, ANN outright confirms that episode 24 DID air on Tuesday.

I'm more than certain that the rippers never bothered to upload though.

Next episode to be subbed will have her final burst.

So now to speak of episodes 24-26.

24: Rinne does her final burst in Dolphine. Not bad, and Shunsuke begins to suspect that there is a spy in Arcadia(and if you recall, Haruka mentioned that something like that when she infiltrated Arcadia way back in ep 8 I believe.

25: Eraser should reaname himself the Knight Of Ceberus, because shit keeps getting real whenever her pops up, including ripping the Moebius engine out of GTR. Also, Shunsuke suspects Saki is the spy.

26: Shunsuke was right, Saki is the spy(though her final actions make it possible for her to be a triple agent), and she kidnaps the commander. Shunsuke solves the problem by merging his GTR with two others to form the Triple R. That's right, the good guys have a combiner. I approve.

Can't properly watch 27 (which was a week late again) or 28, as not only is the video extremely slow, but they also lose their sound somewhere around the 10-15 minute mark.

In addition to Subs have died a horrible death.

Man, it's rough watching this show.

That's why I'm taking a break from it.

Besides, I don't think the subbers (let alone the uploaders) give a shit about it anymore. I mean why upload an ongoing series that debuted last Fall when other, newer series are here?

But then again, it is a arcade game tie-in meant to sell toys and cars, so who knows?

The subbers are just notoriously slow. It's the same for anything Hikari Senshi subs. Still waiting patiently for Da Garn.

Yay, new subbed episode of Gyrozetter. Pretty good in and of itself, but more importantly, it foreshadows more plot being put on the forefront.

Good to hear. I'll give it a look.

We're getting close to the first half finale. And remember that the first quarter finale was the guiltice fight simultaneous with the attack on arcadia, so it should be fairly exciting.

Decided to go ahead and "watch" episode 30. There appears to be another chosen one going to be introduced in next week's episode.

But yeah, I'll wait until more episodes get subbed before I do a full look at the series again.

How many eps were subbed?

I noticed they were all the way up to 24.

I had to go back a few pages to find the right ones where they left off.

No, this was one of the non-subbed, choppy moving ones.

Did it at least have sound?

I've missed eps 27, 28, 29, and 30 because the former two lose sound at one point.

Man, these bad quality raws are killer.

Nah mate, I usually mute it as I have no understanding of Japanese.

That's no really a bad option, but with poor sound, and poor video, I don't think I could do it.

If I can't understand it, I at least want to see what is happening properly, and I can still gather some context from how they sound, even if I can't understand what they are saying.

For instance it was clear Shunsuke was looking out for a spy in episodes 24, 25, and 26 just by looking at the scene, and the tone of his voice.

I need both sound and video.

The sub group that was subbing this, Hikari Senshi, released the raws that they are going to use for the other episodes since there were no good raws anywhere else.
