Sure, images can be edited as long as the basic contents are unaltered.
I'm OK with the suggestion, though as it is now there are 2 angry reactions, 2 angry/disbelieveing reactions, and 2 worried. I wouldn't mind swapping in the facepalm panel for one of the angry/disbelieving ones, and possibly rearranging the pic so that there are only 4 bottom panels.
(btw, use Wiki Words to write article titles in the thread's subject, otherwise they'll redirect to the home page, and the article won't get tagged with the discussion's link. The subject can be edited by clicking the blue page icon on the top left corner of the OP. I fixed it.)

please don't capitalize my handle. I just don't like it.That's really good, and I don't mind any arrangement.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.I agree with in that there needs to be a little more variance in the reactions, but other than that it's a great pic.
Well, this The Specialist comic has more differing reactions.
I don't really care for that one, at least as is...there are two that are essentially deadpan (three counting the Fascinating Eyebrow), two shocked, and one pleased. I'd suggest three or four of them instead of the whole arrangement.
I think I'd prefer finding a rearrangement of the Awkward Zombie panels.

please don't capitalize my handle. I just don't like it.Flip the last two panels and it gets two thumbs up from me.
+1 I like the Hypocritical Humour involved.

Good enough. It's up, potholed, and tagged; locking up.
A snippet from this Awkward Zombie comic (which is already listed in the examples) nicely illustrates the trope while actively lampshading it.
I've retouched it a bit so that it fits the size requirement while keeping the text readable (We don't have a rule against editing images to fit the guidelines, do we?):

Quirky caption text optional.
